I was looking for a very specific car and found it at Cabriolet Motors. They had extensive photos on line and would send any additional photos should you need them. Literally more than 100 pictures. They allowed me to have the car checked out by a Mercedes repair shop nearby this giving me further assurance. I flew to Raleigh from DC to pick the car up and drive back. They picked me up at the airport and took me to the dealership. I finished the paperwork and off I drove. Great experience. It’s been five months and I still love my Mercedes S 400. Thanks!

I enjoyed the customer service that Robert provided from the beginning and he does continue work with me even afterward. He is very professional and acknowledged for the car. Overall, I love my car! My company and family really love my car as well! I am very satisfied and happy about the experience.
I'm not generally impressed by sales people, however Robert is the exception to my experience. I like the title that Porsche gave him of Brand Ambassador, it's far more accurate. He really knows the details of his cars. He never once pushed us during the process. The most he did was ask a question, "So what would you like to do?" He is willing to let you go away and think about it if you need too which shows confidence in the product he is representing and himself. I'm sure he has more people return and buy than not. The purchase transaction was smooth from his part, the back office did have a few paperwork issues, but they straighten them out quickly. Overall it was a very pleasant buying experience.
