I have an air cooled 911 that they brought back to life. The shop is impeccable, the attention to detail was meticulous, and the workmanship was superb. On top of all that, the service advisor —Keith— kept me informed at each phase of the project. I am writing to retract my previous post regarding Sunset Imports, also known as Porsche Beaverton. After writing about my experience with this dealership last month, I received a call from Peter Young, the Operations Director at Sunset Imports. Peter is in charge of operations for the dealership and Kyle McLean and Larry Wendell’s boss. Unlike Larry and Kyle, Peter immediately acknowledged my issues and admitted the dealership made a mistake in the way my issues were handled by his General Manager, Larry Wendell. Peter listened to the recordings of the phone conversations between me and the dealership, read the emails between us and quickly realized the dealership did not manage this situation properly. Clearly my negative impressions of Porsche Beaverton were the work of one man, Larry Wendell and his actions do not reflect either the staff nor the organization at Porsche Beaverton. After discussing this issue with Peter at length, it appears there was an honest mistake made and as such, Peter was anxious and willing to resolve this to my satisfaction. Even his salesperson Kyle McLean, was likely only following orders from his boss Larry, and was not responsible for how this issue was handled. Mr. Young and I have come to a fair and reasonable agreement regarding the vehicle I purchased from them, and I am 100% satisfied with the resolution. I commend the actions of Peter Young and appreciate his honesty and integrity in dealing with this matter. While I would still recommend avoiding Larry Wendell at all costs, I highly recommend Peter Young and the rest of the folks at Porsche Beaverton. One bad apple does not in fact spoil the whole barrel. I intend to give this dealership all my business in the future, thanks to the efforts and actions of Peter Young. I hope ownership recognizes the outstanding effort of Peter Young in working to resolve this issue. If I were the owner of Porsche Beaverton, Peter would receive a raise and a promotion. This was a very stressful and difficult situation for me and my wife which could have spiraled out of control. Peter did everything in his power to resolve my issues and make it right. He did so quickly and properly with professionalism. Peter you are a good and honorable guy and a pleasure to work with. Thank you again. I wish you and Porsche Beaverton all the best.

We worked with Paul Kim on buying our first Porsche, a 2013 Cayenne. Paul's service and follow through was excellent and because of his great service and the wonderful experience at the dealership we made the decision to have Paul help us by my wife a 2023 Porsche Macan. Again, Paul's service was outstanding. I highly recommend Paul and the dealership.

After locating the Porsche of my dreams, I submitted a request for the dealer to call me. I was please with a very professional phone call from Tyler Grier. Tyler went above and beyond knowing that I was 1700 miles away. Tyler sent me videos, photos and numerous text answering my barrage of questions. Tyler went above and beyond in my books, whether it is customary for a high end dealer to provide this type of customer service. In addition, Alex and Zaza also provided great customer service while Tyler was off. Even during the transport of my Porsche, Tyler was prompt to make sure that I was still taken care of even after the purchase. Today is the day I receive my 2018 911 C4S and I couldn’t be more excited and happy that Walser Porsche of Wichita was there for me every step of the way. My only sadness is that I couldn’t be there to personally shake the hands that provided the best customer service I’ve ever received in a vehicle purchase. Hats off to you all. Brian Roberds

Just got my car back from service. It was a big one with new spark plugs, transmission fluid, etc. There was also a recall of audio and I had an issue with rpm addressed. My advisor was Kevin. He was professional, friendly and efficient. I received a loaner equivalent to my vehicle. Car was ready on time. I bought the car here new in 2020 and my experiences with the dealership since then have been very favorable. They do a great job of making me feel valued as a customer and I definitely recommend them.

Process was seamless and easy. Car was prepped and ready for pick up during delivery.

I have been a customer of this dealership for over thirty five years.m for both new car purchases and service. The most recent was for service. I was driving by the dealership last week and I stopped by to make an appointment to fix an issue with my rear hatch lock was stuck in a locked position. They took my car in and within 15 minutes they were able to determine that the locking actuator was broken along with several other parts. They went over the estimate to repair and ordered the parts which would take two days to receive. They gave me a ride home and three days later I was notified that my car was ready and they delivered back to my home. They also washed and vacuumed my car. I have to commend service manager Jeremy Heskett for his professionalism, knowledge, friendship and his dedication to his entire staff. I also want to thank Clint Gallagher for keeping me informed as the work progressed. Lastly I want to head service technician Bill Carty who has been with the dealership for 39 years. It?s been a pleasure working with a team that I can trust to do a professional job.

I recently brought my car to the Gaudin Porsche Dealership in Las Vegas for service, I own a Porsche Taycan and it had a glitch in one of the charging ports. I have to say that it was a pleasant experience all around, friendly staff and Mr. Paul Molina the Service Manager was an amazing host, he explained the entire process, he kindly provided a courtesy vehicle and my car was ready like new in no time. I will definitely recommend this dealership, Thank you.

Let me preface this review by saying that I have bought at least 25 high end cars in my life, so I am no stranger to the market. I should also tell you I am not one of those guys who writes a check for $350,000 to buy a Ferrari… I’m just a little guy. When it came time to finally buy my first Ferrari, I had a particular model in mind, of which there are typically fewer than 50 for sale at any one time in the country. I contacted Mark Euell at Foreign Cars Italia in Greensboro and asked him to let me know if he got one in. Mark treated me like a special customer from our first conversation. He told me that if I found one elsewhere he would check it out and he could get it for me and make sure everything was right. Now as I previously stated, I am not some rich collector… but Mark treated me like royalty. He skillfully steered me away from a choosing a car which we later found out was a bad deal. When we found the right car Mark got it to Foreign Cars Italia and he took care of everything….buying it from the other dealer, transportation, etc. When it arrived Mark and Corey Cooley (also a rock star) went over the car completely and made sure every last little thing on the car was perfect. Lee Stephens skillfully breezed me through Ferrari Financial services. These are good people who treat you with respect and professionalism. If they don’t have the car you are looking for, they will help you find and will help you get it. I would recommend them without reservation, in fact, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They put a carnival of a smile on my face, that’s for sure.

I first went to Beaverton Porsche in November just to sit in a few cars to see what they were like. I’ve never owned a Porsche. Very impressed. I met the nicest person there, Nawal Maysi. She was very knowledgeable about the cars and knew all the answers to my questions. I had a few follow up questions I sent via email which she immediately answered. I finally went back yesterday (now Feb) and test drove one and bought it. It replaced a Mercedes we had (we have been purchasing different Mercedes models for years). The Macan we purchased seemed to be a step above the Mercedes GLC Pinnacle we were looking at. The staff were way better, especially Nawal. If you’re looking for a Porsche go see Nawal!!

I came for a specific Porsche 911 Carrera. The entire experience was great from start to finish. My salesman was a pleasure to work with and provided lots of pictures and information in advance of my visit from 3 hours away.

I recently bought a 2014 911 from Foreign Cars Italia/Porsche Greensboro, and I can't recommend this dealership highly enough. It's kind of harrowing to buy a used car at a distance (I'm in California), and during the pandemic, I couldn't fly out to see it in person. So I had to trust the dealership completely. Stacey Sanders and Mark Euell quickly earned that trust. From the moment I reached out via email, it was clear to me that the level of service and commitment to excellence is exactly what you would and should expect from a dealership that sells Porsches, Ferraris, Maseratis, and Astons. I am particular about the condition of my cars (what enthusiast isn't?), and even though I couldn't be there, Stacey and Mark assured me that my car would be 'standing tall' when it arrived, and it absolutely was. They answered every question and accommodated every request that I had to make sure I was completely comfortable with my purchase. Lee Stephens, who handled the paperwork and payment side of things, was also wonderful to deal with. He was friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and sent the paperwork out right away, and made the purchase a breeze. Everyone I worked with at this dealership was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and a class act. Don't hesitate to buy from them even if you're out of their area. I will definitely return for future purchases, and I recommend Foreign Cars Italia to anyone who wants the best quality, from the car itself to the buying experience. (I'm actually really sorry I couldn't get out to Greensboro to meet them in person—I'll do that next time, post-pandemic!)

I have been working with Stuart Fennell for the past 6-7 years - lost track of how many cars have bought from him ?? I consider him more of a friend than my sales person- come by and bug him 2 to 4 times a week - nice human being!!

Recently purchased a Volvo XC40 R-Design from Charles Dabney, Sales Professional. Can’t tell you how PERFECT the deal was from beginning to end! Lee handled the financing effortlessly. All I had to do was sign - then grab the keys. Charles made sure that the car was detailed; filled with gas - and Calvin, Sales Asst, went through every detail of the immediate operation of the vehicle and explained ALL of the bells and whistles.
