We had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so professional and helpful. We absolutely love our dealer Apollo he is the best ever! We also loved the finance gentleman. Pleasant experience in my 1st time servicing our Porsche at Porsche Irvine. Very nice facility, fast and efficient service. Henry my advisor was very nice and kept me informed about the process during my time there while I waited. Along the way I received a narrated video for the technician as he described the work performed and a visual inspection of our Porsche 911 the have a nice customer lounge and provided drinks and snacks

Every visit to Mckenna has been beyond my (an OCD Porsche owner) expectations. I was in for a basic service this week and when an additional repair was needed I was immediately offered a loaner car. Wow, another fun Porsche to play with! Now I really have a (first world) problem, as Im tempted to buy a new car... Regarding the service, its simply the best choice to follow the factory recommendations AND have it done at a certified Porsche dealer. My experiences with Mel and his team (Bryce is my advisor), have always reinforced this choice. The prices are fair, and their knowledge of the product and advice are always offered with my best interest in mind. Thats important to me. Now, hopefully Ill be writing another review for the sales team soon!

I mostly dealt with Mason Gilchrist but also Mathew Anthony during the purchase experience of my vehicle. Both Gentlemen are top-tier professionals. Mason was always courteous and promptly addressed my concerns and questions. I have a good feeling that he will help me to resolve any possible car issues the future.
