Leased a 2018 White on Red Panamera from Porsche of DTLA on 12/15/17 the sales person Roger and the manager Johnathan made everything easy for me from A to Z. Hands down the best Porsche Dealership I've ever been to.

This is by far the best EV for the people that want a real drivers car. I have driven a lot of different EVs and mostly are numb and feel real heavy, this one is not lightweight but hides it real well and corners/handles like a real Porsche.

After a terrible experience at Rusnak! I had the car there(Rusnak Service Dept." for 5 days with an appointment before they did a "Check Engine Light" Like.. come-on! Really!? I decided to take my Porsche out of there and called Porsche Downtown in L.A. and made an appointment for tomorrow morning with Andy Acevedo Service Advisor. Great guy! I dropped my car the next day and they gave me a beautiful loaner. Which Rusnak never offered me the last four times I had brought my 991. I received a call from Andy around 2 p.m. and told me they replaced a defective engine thermostat and the vehicle was ready for pickup! Like Wow! THANK ANDY AND L.A. PORSCHE FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!

In 2016, I bought my 2017 Porsche Macan fully-loaded at Downtown L.A. Porsche. The sales experience – from test driving four different Porsche SUV and sports-car models, to the calm negotiations – was the most professional in 31 years of car-purchases. Yet, my 2019 customer service and car repair EXCEEDED this positive sales experience. The one throughline in these experiences is DTLA GM Victor Ghassemi. In short, my tires were defective and there was a battery issue. After I talked with a closer dealer who tried to upsell me roughly $3000 in repairs, I reached back to Downtown L.A. Porsche. Came in for my annual service and also one concern, found water coming in on the driver’s side floor from the rain. Tonya kept in communication with me what was going on and how long it would take. She is one to go above and beyond and I love that. She is very professional and personable. I am glad she is my service person, she makes coming in a pleasure. My work done was in a good time frame considering it was the holidays. The technicians gave me a thorough review of the work done on my car. I am happy with this dealership’s service department.

I didn't think it would happen at a Porsche dealership but this was literally the easiest and quickest car purchase I have ever had in my life. I called Marilyn and asked about a particular car that I had been searching for months trying to find. Marilyn and her team gave me a GREAT price and I drove 2 hours out there to pick up the car that day. I was in and out and back home in a matter of hours. I had called nearly every other Porsche dealer in the So. Cal. area and none were as fair, transparent, or attentive as Woodland Hills.

I have been in the market for a 2017 Nissan GT-R for a few months, both new and/or used. I visited local Nissan dealerships with some slightly used GT-Rs that should be mint, but they were all beat up (curb rash, scuff marks, scratches, front lip damage, etc). I shopped around online for new ones within 500 miles and none of the Nissan dealers would work with me on pricing. They would not budge at all! I finally decided to check out an independent dealer and found CJ Auto Group. The dealership was small, but the quality of the cars they have on their lot are all clean, high end vehicles. This is where I found a very clean pearl white 2017 GT-R with only 5200 miles! David and Solo were both easy to work with. The Porsche Taycan is a work of art in terms of comfort, performance and overall driving dynamics. The handling and acceleration are truly something to behold and are just on another level from most other vehicles on the road.

This car is designed beautifully, is comfortable and sporty. Fast as anything else on the road today. The tech, apps, and associated software is down right awful. Germany needs to fix that part and update its current owners.

The Staff at Porsche Long Beach replied promptly and answered all the questions that I needed answered. Maybe I'll have a chance to do business there another time.

My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got home at midnight and even the 12volt battery was dead because the car had no power i was partially on my driveway but my charging cable did not reach. Had ro leave it like that overnight. I contacted Santa Clarita service dept in the morning and told.them of my situation. The technician. I spoke with was completely helpful and rght away told me that the foreman could come out and assess the situation. Brian called me in 20 minutes that he was on his way. He jumped started the car so he could access the trunk and power the 12v battery and open the charge port. He ran a diagnosis and then pulled out an extension cable so I could charge. I am so gratefully and thankful for the excellent customer service skills of the service department. What a life saver.

I purchased the GTS. Very comfortable, sporty and fast. Good range. No range anxiety. Wish I hadn’t waited so long to get one. 100% a Porsche.

Setting up the appointment took less than five minutes on the phone. Eric had my records at his fingertips within the first minute. Dropped off my car the day after, they had it on the list and whisked it away. The loaner car was a black macan, fully equipped. I was out less than fifteen minutes after arrival. Eric gave me a status in the afternoon, told me the issue and asked to keep My cayman for another day to get the part. The next afternoon the part was installed, car road tested and ready. This time I was in and out in ten minutes, no arguing or hidden charges. My car was washed and vacuumed, no trace of any work. I cant imagine anything easier.

Everything was as expected this trip, just waiting for a call on parts and a repair on a converter that needs an update
