Was a bit put off by the fact that there’s one number for all Carmax is and. It’s hard to tell which location you’re talking to and if you’re talking to a person at that actual location. I understand they’re trying to consolidate things and make it easier, but I want to be able to reach someone, boots on the ground, at the location instead of talking to The call center. That said it seems even when talking to two different dealerships somehow the system sort out the messages but again it’s confusing. Overall, they were fast and friendly, we haven’t done a transaction yet but one thing that was surprising is the offer they gave me 10 days ago has now gone up by $1500. Much better experience than I had braced myself for frankly. So far the two cars that I was hoping to purchase turn out to be duds as they had some excessive wear and tear in spite of low mileage and otherwise good conditions. Maybe less discriminating on their inventory than the other dealers?

This is by far the best EV for the people that want a real drivers car. I have driven a lot of different EVs and mostly are numb and feel real heavy, this one is not lightweight but hides it real well and corners/handles like a real Porsche.

My wife and I recently purchased a Porsche at West Broward Porsche and we were extremely happy with the professional service that we got from Kurk Richardson and Payton Downy. They were both extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We live much closer to another dealership however, we heard such positive feedback from our friends about their experience at West Broward Porsche so we did decided to make the drive and it was definitely worth it. Rachel was also on her A game with her organization. Easy process I arrive sign, Krystal gave me choice to get breakfast while I'm there I selected espresso. I was impressed by diagnostic test sent to my phone with video from A1 Porsche mechanic describing what service car needs. I was able to select services I wanted done this visit. Also found re-call on headlights that needed to be done. Krystal also went out of her way to save me money, what dealership does that? Pick up process was flawless paid thru online link. I dropped loaner off and walked to my car that was washed, and gas tank was filled. Krystal, Rachel are the best team. Porsche is lucky to have quality people on their staff.

I was very skeptical abt buying car online and that too from Indiana getting shipped to NJ while doing everything via teams or online live chats or videos. But I have to say that I'm so glad and very happy with the purchase of 2024 M4 convertible. Review it thoroughly. They tend to make errors when compared to original proposed or accepted sale(accounting/book keeping).
