After an introductory text from Austin, I was coordinating an OTD price for the specific stock number. Mo Masadeh (Sales) contacted me and within an afternoon came to an OTD price and scheduled appointment the next day. This is by far the best EV for the people that want a real drivers car. I have driven a lot of different EVs and mostly are numb and feel real heavy, this one is not lightweight but hides it real well and corners/handles like a real Porsche.

Arvas, they both went above and beyond what I consider meticulous customer service to correct the problem. Both listened intently to my concerns and we all worked together to resolve this incident. I am awaiting delivery of my new vehicle.

I just purchased a a used Taycan 4S from the dealership. I found the entire experience to be very positive. They had the exact car I was looking for and at a very competitive price compared to my home state California. The sales representative did an excellent job at showing the car digitally in detail giving me a comfort level to buy the car unseen. As a concession the dealership is covering the transport to my front door. The communication from the dealership on updates of delivery has been great. I would highly recommend this dealership and the car speaks for itself!
