Porche Annapolis did my Panamera annual service in mid-July 2025, installed new front brakes and replaced my defective AC compressor. Service Advisor Jamie Wist was superb, as always. He kept me fully apprised of progress, was efficient and cost-effective. Also saw Hugo at pickup. It’s nice when a dealership can retain talent like Jamie & Hugo! As always, the service bay, showroom and snack are sparkled. And my electric loaner was fun to drive. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best EV for the people that want a real drivers car. I have driven a lot of different EVs and mostly are numb and feel real heavy, this one is not lightweight but hides it real well and corners/handles like a real Porsche.

The Porsche Taycan is a work of art in terms of comfort, performance and overall driving dynamics. The handling and acceleration are truly something to behold and are just on another level from most other vehicles on the road.

I have been in the market to replace my ML400 and was looking to upgrade to a GLE AMG53. I have done my homework and know what I want and quickly learned that I would have to order. I dealt with a number of dealers and sales people (including someone else at this dealership) in my attempts to buy a car, but they either: were non-responsive, wanted to sell me something I don't want, evaded my questions, ghosted me, etc. I love my MB and was hoping to get another one, but it got to the point that I was contemplating switching makes. I finally reached out to Danny Nasr. He was extremely responsive, professional, answered my questions, and provided helpful information. We ironed out my build within a day, and he offered a fair price. I should get my car in in a few months. No games. Done!

Five-Star Experience at Porsche Bethesda ? Again! This is my second car from Porsche Bethesda, and once again, the experience from start to finish was outstanding. It is so refreshing to find knowledgeable people in the D.C. area who are also honest, conscientious, diligent in their work; and who care about the quality of their work & service to customers. If Mason Binns and his team tell you something about your car, you know it is true, even if you ask about doing something with your car that won’t work. An unfortunate accident put my vehicle out of service for a while. But, the service department, from management to technicians, have done a beautiful job in restoring her to almost original condition. (We’re still waiting on some parts; condition should be perfect when they come in.) Altogether, this dealership, and, especially the service department are outstanding. And, I can’t express well enough how great it is to find people with real integrity, skill and honor with whom to do business! The only downside is the tight conditions on the site. They need more space, both in the shop, and for parking vehicles in need of repair - there are too many Teslas with front-end damage. (I’m assuming drivers relying o “self-driving” features, and not paying attention to what their virtue-signaling “cars” are doing. 😐)

This car is designed beautifully, is comfortable and sporty. Fast as anything else on the road today. The tech, apps, and associated software is down right awful. Germany needs to fix that part and update its current owners.

After spending somet time online searching for a used vehicle, I came across a previously leased one at this dealership. Michael Chauca, the internet sales manager was friendly and knowlegeable about the vehicle that I was interested in buying, (which alas was not a Porche), and was able to answer all my quesitons. Also just want to mention that of all the dealerships I visited, this one had the best coffee machine and snacks. The only thing I think they could do better would be to streamline filling out all the paperwork after you decide to go ahead with the purchase - it seamed to go on for ever..

It is a great car. Great acceleration, very comfortable and handles great. Great looking car interior and exterior. Lots of options. My next car will probably be a Porsche

My Porsche was serviced at Porsche of Owings Mills today. Porsche of Owings Mills, the service advisor and technician were friendly, informative, professional and excellent to deal with. The work was done quickly the first time as always.

Switched to servicing my 911 with Porsche Annapolis after a god-awful experience with Porsche Bethesda. Communication was great, video assessment of the car (outlining work that needed to be done) was helpful, and Jamie/team were incredibly responsive along the way. Definitely will return.
