I have a forever warranty on my Renegade Trailhawk. I've had a headlight assembly replaced and motor mounts replaced as well as required maintenance at 100,000 miles, and several oil changes. Everything has been handled professionally and on time. I look forward to my next purchase from Advantage Chrysler/ Jeep.

Excellent sales and financing staff. Made the process of leasing a new Porsche very easy. The dealer had on the lot a car which fit our needs. We appreciate that the dealership was open Sunday, so we could test drive the vehicle and Saturday and sign the lease on Sunday.

I sent a message in via the message app. I had immediate response back by Goran. I went in and test drove the QX60 and loved it. The best part is you can test drive on your own. The customer service was amazing. The whole experience was great. Goran answered all my questions and text messages. After I bought the car he is still available for any questions. From the initial phone conversation with the car salesman (Miguel) to the final document signing of the vehicle with the finance team (William and Keith), the process flowed seamlessly. I spoke with Miguel about purchasing a vehicle and he was very knowledgeable and took the initiative to meet my demands. He went over the quality of the vehicle, the pricing of the vehicle and general questions I had. In addition Miguel went the extra mile from ensuring I was picked up from the airport at no charge, since I flew in from Alabama to purchase the vehicle; to ensuring my vehicle was filled up with a tank of gas for free since I was driving back to Alabama. My husband and I needed a vehicle for traveling. We spent quite a bit of time researching the options. Over the last month we went to a number of dealerships of Lincolns and other cars, by far Parks Lincoln of Longwood was the best. We stopped by on 2 different weekends and test drove new and previously owned Lincoln Nautilus and MKX's. Mike Zimmerman and Victor Torres were both very patient with us and all our test drives and questions. Finally this past weekend in May we decided that we loved the 2021 Lincoln Nautilus. Victor helped us close the deal with the help of Galen and Justin and the whole staff made us feel like family rather than just a customer.
