I must say that my experience buying a new Jaguar at Motor Werks was wonderful. I have bought a lot of cars over the years. So many in fact that I would consider myself an expert at buying a car. So I know what to look for. I have been in a multitude of dealerships over my many years of buying cars and I know where and where not to buy from. You can take my word for it. From the management on down the ladder - these guys are good honest people. They worked with me. They listened to everything I said and we made a great deal for both of us. A total win win. There are plenty of Jaguar dealers to choose from and I am sure that most of them are great. But my money is on Motor Werks and I would not hesitate to buy from them. Jeff Swift was my salesperson. I absolutely love the way this car drives. You almost forget it is an SUV. Interior amenities and technology are lacking compared to comparable vehicles. There is a lack of good storage in the cabin. The options a pricy as in the Porsche tradition. You forget these things once you start driving. Since I got it, I figured a way out to make my commute an additional 5 miles each way. My purchase experience with Redwood City Porsche was a joy thanks to my sales associate Sam Pham. I always look forward to my next drive!

From the moment we walked in and met with Jimmy service was first class. He provided information, and showed us patience and professionalism. When other information was needed he quickly brought in Dina with education and Andrew from finance. Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

I owed a 2010 Cayenne GTS and thought that SUV was awesome. Porsche has really stepped up their game. The 2021 Cayenne GTS is very stunning and drives like a 911. Extremely happy so far!!

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

Purchased a car from Regis at Illinois Motors in Cary. Car was purchased from out of state . He made the whole process seamless. He took a video of the car and pointed out the only blemish on one of the rims. Regis arranged transportation to my house and the car arrived on time as promised and in the condition as advertised. Purchased a base Cayenne as a CPO from a local Porsche dealer in 2022 with 34,000 miles (this is my 6th Porsche). Better than any other SUV I have ever owned by far. Fun, reliable, and great looking. And a great deal.

Was looking for an SUV for everyday/long-haul drives that met my priorities - safety, comfort, reliability, fuel economy. This one has them in spades! Superior ride quality, excellent fuel economy (I have the diesel version), and very sporty. The interior is very elegant with well laid out controls. I just wish it had a bit more power (diesel version). Overall, very solid, practical, comfortable, sporty SUV.

Henry did a great job helping me find the BMW that worked for me. Not only did he walk through my limitless questions, he took the auto for service I requested prior to receiving a $ from me. Then he arranged shipping for the vehicle to Oregon. He really went above and beyond for me.

I think most of people here have not driven a Macan 3.6 Turbo engine with 400+ HP. This car is amazing you can't compare this one with other lower Macan models. this is the one to have.. We owned several Porsches including Cayennes turboS. This is a compact daily driving machine with Lot's of power and is fully loaded. The turbos 3.6 cost over $100K after taxes for a reason , Please don't compare this model with other low built Porsches for middle class, this is a High End Vehicle for a reason ...maybe the same as compare the Boxer with a 911 Turbo S.

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

I contacted them and had a quick response. I was able to test drive the car that night. Everyone there was extremely courteous and able to answer any questions. I ended up buying the car that night. No pressure, no gimmicks, just honest and pleasant. I highly recommend working with these folks, they put the customer first! Thank you, Simon.

I do not provide feedback to anyone unless the experience was excellent (Prior bad experiences). My experience at Napleton was excellent! Jessica, Brian and Julian were friendly, personable and yet professional. Email responses were timely and addressed any concerns or questions I had. The ppf was a late minute addition that was quickly addressed so that the car could be picked up on schedule. The car was prepared and detailed, looked new (CPO). The hospitality was very accommodating. The show room was filled with some really impressive cars. Overall a I left with a very satisfying experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

This review is for 2016 GTS model. After owning this car for a year / 20k miles, it left mixed impressions. Good: - very engaging, fun ride. Especially after installing fabspeed cat bypass and in the sport+ mode, the car sounds amazing - handling is good, its not jumpy on high speeds - interior quality - overall this was my best car to date for long road trips, not only it’s not tiring, but also fun, even on 12 hour drive. - the looks … gts model looks amazing … you cannot tell it from the 2023 model from the front, and the back overall looks better - nice gas tank size, dont need to refuel often - seats are comfortable - the AC and air quality inside the car is very good Bad: - honestly the car has mechanical flaw. You can find more info on this online, but the transmission is jerky on low speed and abrupt during breaking. The car had transfer case changed twice and it did not help. Imo this is the software issue - the v6 engine is weak. Comparing to x6m this is a totally different game. It cannot compete - trunk space is a disaster … the trunk is tiny - overall reliability, there’s been a couple of faults here and there Overall I am confused with the experience. While it was a fun car, I would have expected much more from porsche in terms of reliability and performance. Maintenance of a car is another issue, you can’t just drop by at any decent shop, because most don’t work on porsche. Those that do, are booked or don’t accept the 3rd party warranty
