Best experience buying an automobile I have ever had. Found this car online. Called and talked to Tim. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Drove from Central IL to Cleveland in the middle of December. Tim had all paperwork ready and the Panamera was sitting on the showroom floor waiting for us. I had a trade in and the dealership went out of their way to make a deal I was happy with. Tim called to make sure I got home OK as there was several inches of snow the next day. He followed up with a call a week later to make sure we were satisfied with the car. The title took a little longer to get than we thought it should. One call to Tim and it was here within the week. Pros: Turbo Sport Turismo is like a rocket. Easy to drive, comfortable, great styling. Adaptive cruise control is fantastic. Great mileage for something this quick. Interior is over the top. Cons: Cup holders leave a lot to be desired, stupid amount of money, cost for Porsche service.

Awesome service, always go the extra mile to find the solutions. Chelsea is super helpful and keeps informed. Will keep going there for service.

Love the simple, easy on the eyes dash and interior. Build quality is excellent. Best of all, not a SUV ! Will be an excellent road-trip car, has range of some 575 miles. Not a big fan of adaptive cruise control.

My wife and I recently purchased a Class B camper van from Quality Auto Center, and it was the most enjoyable vehicle purchase we have had in over 50 years of buying vehicles, including autos and rv's. We worked primarily with Laura, but Christian was "at our service" as well. Laura was very patient, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. She stayed in almost daily contact with us reporting the results of the many questions we asked of her. She's a keeper! We drove the two hours to Lynnwood convinced we would be driving our "new" camper van home, simply because Laura had convinced us that this was the one we had been searching for three month to find. She was right! The van was sparkling clean and ready to roll when we arrived. Paperwork was a quick breeze and her orientation informative. This auto center impressed us in the obvious quality of the vehicles on the lot.
