I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

On pickup day, he took me out to my new car and spent 45 minutes with me, showing me each and every single option and how it functioned and had me do everything with him there to make sure I understood how everything worked including setting up my radio stations and Bluetooth. I bought my 2020 Ram 1500 Limited Edition used with 15,000 miles. The leather dash was coming unglued and the back window was leaking but both were replaced under warranty. My 4th Ram and this one rides like a Cadillac with the 4 corner air suspension which isn't recommended for cold climates. Great truck so far.

KUDOS To Golling Jeep of Roseville. I traded in my 2015 Grand Cherokee with as I was starting to rack the miles up heading north each weekend. I found an exact Golling Certified 2021 Grand Cherokee which I could transfer my running boards and trailer hitch. Fast forward to my first free oil change. While waiting I asked if the manager was available. Adam came out and I explained that I bought the Grand Cherokee that was supposed to be a Golling Certified and there were a couple of issues. He asked be to be patient as he was going to check on it. He returned and sent me home with a new loaner and said to come back tomorrow. (uneven tire wear)I asked what about the second issue, a scratched up front end which I didn't notice because I bought it in the pouring rain. He said the shop was busy but we'll give you a call and get it done. Bottom Line. New tires and front end all fixed up. Well Done ! Now its Golling Certified :)

He went above and beyond in the customer service department! The finance department spent a ton of time looking at options and building a plan that worked for me.
