2020 Ram 1500 Limited
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

My daughter has always dreamed of owning a Jeep, so we decided to make that dream a reality as part of her birthday and graduation gift—something practical for her to commute to college. We visited several dealerships during our search, including Auto Expo, which we returned to at least three times. Each time, the staff was polite, helpful, and—most importantly—never pushy. They took the time to explain what to look for in a Jeep and which model years to avoid. Sometimes, you just know when you’ve found the right one. We spoke with Don, who offered us a very fair price right away—something I appreciated after having done plenty of comparison shopping. Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?
