Used 2023 RAM 1500 trucks for sale near Taylors, SC

The windshield post trim broke on our 2012 explorer that we purchased over 2 years ago from George Coleman. I called the parts department and Terrance was very helpful order them sent them to us. Went to put them on the first one broke at a critical place near the bottom then the second one cracked in the same area. Called Terrance and he got me news on the way and wanted pictures because I told him it was a poor design. We love these people because they know what REAL CUSTOMER Service is. Oh we live over an hour away

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

I was in the market for a newer smaller car and had searched everywhere. Seemed like no one could help me get in to my dream car. I finally decided I would try carmax and no regret whatsoever. Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

Bought the RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4 about a month ago. Very pleased overall. While I knew going in it would be a gas guzzler, buyers should take gas mileage into consideration when buying. That said, the truck handles very well, is great on long drives, and interior is exceptional. Beautiful design overall

Had bought other vehicles from a Benson dealership just not a Ford. When my King Ranch F150 was built and delivered to the dealership I was in my winter home in southern MS. My Benson contact Derick explored every method possible to effect delivery. Even when I elected to fly up to get it I was offered a pick up from the airport 20 miles away! Great dealership! I was a cash buyer with a trade in so was in and out in a little over an hour. I did feel like they couldb='ve given me a little more for my trade in considering I spend over $6K in maintenance on it, so that didn't sit right with me.

It’s all about Chris Watson. My experience with most dealerships has not been good,however,Chris made my stress level go way down yesterday by calling first thing in am, answering all my questions and concerns. He kept in touch all day either through phone or text and I appreciated that. And…… got my car back the same day. Just wanted to publicly thank him and the service folks involved.
