Blake was our sales person and could not say enough about our interaction. We never felt pressured but we felt he heard what we wanted and showed us options that checked all of the boxes. We weren’t pressured to leave money down when we were still contemplating. Blake did keep in touch with us to see what our feelings were about the options. Again- didn’t feel pressured but it was nice to have a follow up. Once we made a decision, we were in and out the same day. We got a great deal on our trade in and could not be happier. Before this I had a Silverado and it was like a rock. It didn’t go anywhere unless you picked it up and moved it. Nothing but problems, so I went shopping and looked at the Tundra which was nice, the screen inside on the Tundra was a lot nicer and it got better fuel economy. Outside of that, once I saw the Ram and drove it, the other things didn’t matter. The comfort inside the Ram is unmatched in a truck. I contemplated going with the higher Laramie package with the leather and a few other bells and whistles but I preferred the cloth seats in the Bighorn level 2 night edition. It’s very sharp looking and with the running boards and tonneau cover it’s ready for whatever I throw at it. The new Hurricane engine with turbo is a little bit jumpy in the beginning, I bought it brand new not even a handful of miles on it but it’s settled in and found its groove now. It’s got some serious get up and go so pulling out in to traffic is no problem. Towing is nice and smooth, maintains control on the road and stops nicely. Fuel economy is pretty bad, it says 17-24 and I’m lucky to get 14 on a good day. It’s what I expected when I got it. Only thing I will say is find one with the 30+ gallon tank, a truck should have a large tank so you don’t have to fill up every 350 miles. Only regret I have is not catching that before I signed the papers

I called the service department as soon as my engine light went on. My Service Manager Frank Russo told me to bring it right in. Thankfully I did as one of the cylinders in my engine blew. I had my Jeep returned within 48hrs.

I found the 2025 RAM 1500 Rebel online. It was used with 555 miles on it. I went to the dealer in Manchester, NH, took it for a drive and made the deal. It is a GREAT truck. White with black on the front and sides with the black REBEL decal. The inside has red on the doors, dash, etc. Truly a beauty. And super comfortable. It cam also really move.

It gets better than average gas mileage. The inline 6 twin turbo has all the power I need for towing and cruising. I bought it for room in the seats for traveling long distances. The info screen is large and easy to read.

I came in from out of state to view a low mileage, older Jeep. Bobby gave me all the time that I needed to check out the vehicle, and he worked with my schedule, as well as being attentive. I would definitely recommend Bobby to anyone interested in a vehicle from Jeep if Manhattan.

Coming from Nassau County shopping for a used vehicle advertise on Cars.com. used car was fairly priced without the dealer fees which goes from fair deal to high priced. Heard the usual salesman pitch all dealers charge fees which is not true in fact only Bodega type dealers charge fees. Purchase for Infinity's from dealer used and new never any dealership fees, as well as Mazda and Hyundai. Salesman was courteous respectful not pushy and honest facility is what you expect from located in City tight but a lot of vehicles to choose. Maybe just used cars get $1,000 dealer fees or if you buy a Jeep probably none, not sure but would check.
