The whole process was painless, even the cost of the car. Because I found the car I wanted to buy on line, and handled all of my research in advance, I just needed to test drive it, open the hood (as if I knew what I was looking for), and make the deal. AutoNation CDJR has a policy that they stick by so they won’t negotiate the price and it’s presented as the best possible price for customer and dealer. With a little on-line sleuthing and a visit to other dealers for the same/similar car (and of course, more cars.com searches) I came to my happy place with the price they offered. Getting financing (needed just a bit) was easy, and saying no to all the add-ons was also easy, with no high-pressure push to add various pre-paid maintenance options. I’ve since had the car checked by my mechanic and he confirmed what the dealer’s “50 point” checkup showed. Could not be happier with the whole process.

I found the 2025 RAM 1500 Rebel online. It was used with 555 miles on it. I went to the dealer in Manchester, NH, took it for a drive and made the deal. It is a GREAT truck. White with black on the front and sides with the black REBEL decal. The inside has red on the doors, dash, etc. Truly a beauty. And super comfortable. It cam also really move.

Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. It gets better than average gas mileage. The inline 6 twin turbo has all the power I need for towing and cruising. I bought it for room in the seats for traveling long distances. The info screen is large and easy to read.

John Machado was the only reason I purchased from the dealership I drove from la to van nuys to deal with this guy he know everything about these vehicles I would highly suggest if you want to buy this is the guy to buy from. He helped me get the down payment and monthly payment where I needed them to be and made it happen. He sent a video just for me and pictures. Then he took the time on his day off to help me after the sale. Roger in the service dept also helped me out. Great staff here.

Have only had it a few weeks, but thi pickup with the 3.0 Hurricane SO, is so much more refined compared to my last 4 Hemis. Way more power!

Great service. They always have a package deal for oil changes. I feel like the service is fast. Saturdays are a little busy but other than that, no issues.
