After 8 Chevy Truck3 I got a Ram Bighorn 6 Cylinder at the beginning of the Pandemic a week before the Incentives ran out at Wally Armour in Alliance Ohio . I got a second one from the Spitzer Ram Dealer in Ontario Ohio 3 years later (2024) . I'm hoping for a new Truck again next year at the end of 26 beginning of 27 Model Year and Ram appears the obvious choice . Cheers Geiger

Before this I had a Silverado and it was like a rock. It didn’t go anywhere unless you picked it up and moved it. Nothing but problems, so I went shopping and looked at the Tundra which was nice, the screen inside on the Tundra was a lot nicer and it got better fuel economy. Outside of that, once I saw the Ram and drove it, the other things didn’t matter. The comfort inside the Ram is unmatched in a truck. I contemplated going with the higher Laramie package with the leather and a few other bells and whistles but I preferred the cloth seats in the Bighorn level 2 night edition. It’s very sharp looking and with the running boards and tonneau cover it’s ready for whatever I throw at it. The new Hurricane engine with turbo is a little bit jumpy in the beginning, I bought it brand new not even a handful of miles on it but it’s settled in and found its groove now. It’s got some serious get up and go so pulling out in to traffic is no problem. Towing is nice and smooth, maintains control on the road and stops nicely. Fuel economy is pretty bad, it says 17-24 and I’m lucky to get 14 on a good day. It’s what I expected when I got it. Only thing I will say is find one with the 30+ gallon tank, a truck should have a large tank so you don’t have to fill up every 350 miles. Only regret I have is not catching that before I signed the papers

Friendly, fast, and expensive. The repair was sudden and unexpected but I was able to get same day service. Turned out I just needed a new battery but it cost me over 500 dollars.

I found the 2025 RAM 1500 Rebel online. It was used with 555 miles on it. I went to the dealer in Manchester, NH, took it for a drive and made the deal. It is a GREAT truck. White with black on the front and sides with the black REBEL decal. The inside has red on the doors, dash, etc. Truly a beauty. And super comfortable. It cam also really move.

I am a tough customer, and took two days to comparison shop versus Jeep dealerships in Newton, Danvers, Providence and Warwick RI. At the end of the day, Central Chrysler Jeep earned my business with the best price. Note: specifically ask for Salesman Phap Tran, who was very knowledgeable and did his homework on other options that I was considering from competing dealerships. Best of all: no smarmy sell jobs, just pleasant negotiations backed up by facts. Highly recommend. Only down side: lots of staff with masks on--but wearing them underneath their noses, only disappointing aspect.

Matt is Excellent. Outstanding customer service he is knowledgeable and quick and made the buying process a breaze. He went out of his way to make our experience the best it could be and stayed late to make sure my Wife could take hers home same day. I bought 2 cars in two separate trips on Saturday in the time it would take to buy one at other dealerships. Recently had the radiator replaced. They were quick with the repair. Also had the rear brakes serviced. New pads and rotors. The original problem was an antifreeze smell from under the hood. Tyler was professional and kept me informed along the way. The cost of the repairs were on a par with local shops, but theirs came with 2 year warranty unlimited miles on the radiator and 1 year 12,000 miles on the brakes. They turned this Pacifica around in 1 day.
