Have only had it a few weeks, but thi pickup with the 3.0 Hurricane SO, is so much more refined compared to my last 4 Hemis. Way more power!

How many times have you been to a dealer service department only to wait infinitely to even get a 'Hello'? What is important is how amazing Mariel was and how she very kindly and professionally took care of my vehicle. Dealer service advisors like Mariel are a needle in a haystack. I have been coming to Audi Ft Worth since my purchase. I have came to know Mr. Marc Moja and developed a professional business relationship. He is, has been and will remain my ?go to? for information and tips for maintaining my vehicle, until I cease to own it. The only concern I have as a customer is the ?rental car? policy (ie) 1. only advance rsvp notice and 2. no consideration for unexpected (emergency/urgent) circumstances and situations for customers, even with the best of planning, and in particular if they have to drive for an hour or more away. Question: is this too high/much of an expectation for a loyal repeat customer?

Tony Carreon was the greatest new car salesperson we have ever encountered. In fact the whole experience of buying was super. No ridiculous offers from some "manager" out of nowhere to obviously be turned down and resubmitted to us in another wasted 30 min. Tony took care of business, we never dealt with anyone else until we were in finance. We were treated well in the finance dept. also. Overal an excellent experience. So good in fact, we sent our granddaughter in to see Tony, and she too purchased a new Chevy. Thanks Tony, we only hope the service dept. lives up to what sales and finance have set as a high bar.
