New and used 2025 RAM 1500 Rebel trucks for sale near Druid Hills, GA

Where do I start? I purchased my Beloved Jeep from Palmer Dodge Jeep in Roswell, GA in May of 2020. The Sales staff (Thomas Jackson) was great, and the overall service was great during that purchase experience. Since the time of my purchase, I have taken my Jeep to be serviced by Palmer for every Oil change, Lube, and all other maintenance. On June 25th, 2022, I had a major Drive Train issue with my Four-Wheel Drive shaft which malfunctioned and completely destroyed my Transfer Case while I was driving at 80 MPH on the Highway. The event was extremely scary and highly unusual for any vehicle, particular a jeep. I had my vehicle towed to Palmer that day, they gave me a Nice 2022 Jeep Low Miles Loaner for the entire duration of the time my vehicle was under repair. In May of 2020, I had purchased the Drive Train Warranty that was highly recommended by Thomas and the sales Manager. You never really know if you will need that warranty until you need that warranty. Kim K., my Case manager for Palmer Service Dept, was truly the Best!, she handled everything from the start, she kept me in the loop throughout every step of the process with parts ordered, parts cost, parts delivery, installation, to completion. David K, the Service Manger did an excellent job explaining my Warranty and all that was covered. I am truly glad I made that Purchase of the Warranty. From David K., Kim K, and Jim the Technician that fixed my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, the service at Palmer Dodge was Fantastic and I highly recommend them for the Purchase of the Vehicle, Service and Repair, and just overall customer service satisfaction. My experience with Palmer Dodge and dealing with a major car repair and a potential huge car repair bill if the warranty was not in place, was stressful but was completely catered to by the excellent customer service from the entire staff. My vehicle was taken in for service and the service advisor told me of a possible future failure of the serpentine belt. The service was done in a timely manner.

I found the 2025 RAM 1500 Rebel online. It was used with 555 miles on it. I went to the dealer in Manchester, NH, took it for a drive and made the deal. It is a GREAT truck. White with black on the front and sides with the black REBEL decal. The inside has red on the doors, dash, etc. Truly a beauty. And super comfortable. It cam also really move.

My car came in with the engine light. The service department found the issue, unfortunately was not able to fix it due to my warranty. Great customer service and assist me every step of the way

It gets better than average gas mileage. The inline 6 twin turbo has all the power I need for towing and cruising. I bought it for room in the seats for traveling long distances. The info screen is large and easy to read.

Shelton greeted us as we approached the building. He was a pleasure to work with. He walked me through the process of buying a car to fit my needs and my pocketbook. He was calm, polite, informative, reassuring and a great sense of humor which was very much appreciated, when you are nervous purchasing a car. Have only had it a few weeks, but thi pickup with the 3.0 Hurricane SO, is so much more refined compared to my last 4 Hemis. Way more power!

We went to the dealership looking at the jeep gladiator rubicon. Angel or sales Representative made the experience easy. Daniel in the finance department done a great job on getting us a good loan. As we were looking around before even deciding on making a purchase the ( Owner ). Walked over introduced himself saying ( thank you for giving me the opportunity to earn your business. ) This was the best most amazing auto purchase ever. We would highly recommend this Dealership. When I arrived for my oil change & tire rotation, Brittany Nelson greeted me with a pleasant attitude. My service was completed in a timely manner.

Notes on the multi point stated my vehicle needed a lot of service, but none were explained. The receipt mentioned the rear differential but also not explained.

CJ was a blessing for my wife and I. Helped us find the perfect car. We ran into an issue with one of the features before signing with finance and CJ went to bat for us to ensure we were taken care of. I’m not typically a dealership guy but I would come back to work with CJ again.
