New and used 2025 RAM 1500 Tradesman trucks for sale near Chevy Chase Section Three, MD

I had an oil change and tire rotation done. When I left the shop, I heard a loud knocking noise from the front wheel and had to take my truck back immediately. It was fixed and I was told that the tire balance was off. I believe it should be best practice to test drive all vehicles after any work is done to prevent the inconvenience of customers having to bring their vehicle back. I use to get my car serviced at this shop years ago and stopped because I had such a bad experience with my truck repairs. I have decided to give you?ll another chance and hope that things have gotten better. I will let this one slide for now. I am scheduled to have repairs done next week and I am expecting perfection. Please do not let me down. I would prefer to support my local Jeep service, but will not hesitate to patronize another facility if I feel that I am not getting the quality service I deserve here.

Have only had it a few weeks, but thi pickup with the 3.0 Hurricane SO, is so much more refined compared to my last 4 Hemis. Way more power!

He went above and beyond to fix all my car problems and also kept me updated throughout the maintenance window and gave a clear explanation of each step. Overall have been satisfied with Safford. Only minor complaints… like recently went for a simple tire rotation…nothing else… not even balancing and was surprised to find an additional charge of 10.00 for shop supplies and hazardous waste materials disposal. Not sure what shop supplies were needed or what hazardous waste needed to be disposed of from simply rotating the tires.

Sean replied immediately to my inquiry on cars.com and had the car waiting for a test drive a couple hours later. He was attentive and helpful, and addressed all of my concerns about the vehicle and the transaction. Sean was straightforward and genuine -- the best salesman I've ever encountered at a dealership. I would buy from him again.

Nice facility pleasant people to deal with good selection of vehicles open on Sunday with a plus. Transfer and paperwork was transferred easily and the gentleman was very nice in the finance department. The sales lady was super nice, giving us a drink of water while we were in the process of purchasing the vehicle.

Dawn was my service representative and she did a good job from her customer service to assisting my with my current service needs and even resolved a past service need.

Service writer Karen made sure my wife’s vehicle was taken care of quickly and easily. I let her know my concerns with the vehicle and she made sure the mechanic checked everything over while attending to the initial reason I brought it in. Karen really knows this business well, listens to her clients concerns and makes sure they are happy befuthey leave. I highly recommend her !
