I have nothing but good things to say about the salesman i worked with at Parkway - Patrick Moseley. Earlier this week my 2019 Dodge Ram was totaled after only having it for one month. I wanted the same exact vehicle i previously had and Patrick Moseley was able to make that happen as other dealerships were not successful. Not only was he successful in finding the vehicle i wanted but he also was able to get it for a much cheaper price. Within 24 hours, i was at Patrick's desk signed the papers for my new lease. He made my experience at Parkway wonderful and stress free. I definitely will be back to see him when my lease is up in two months!

I visited the dealership for an oil change. The staff was pleasant and prompt in completing the order.

Tyler has been by far the most welcoming member of your service team. He made me feel like he was an old friend. He listened, showed empathy for my problem & was instrumental in getting my truck back on the road. Don't ever really want to go back for service of any kind but if i had to, he would be the man I would feel the most comfortable with.

Hannah was very professional and explained everything. She greeted me and checked my car in as soon as I got out of the car. My car was left clean by the tech and or porter. Thank you I really like the service desk area. It’s very nice.

Dropped off my vehicle for its first routine oil change. Very friendly service staff greeted me with a smile. My service was completed in less time than expected. I wouldn't take my vehicle to any other dealership. The customer service was great and worth the drive.

In this Pandemic crisis the team at Dick Scott service at Ann Arbor Plymouth Road, took good care, maintained CDC precautions and did the regular service promptly on the same day that I requested. Once service was done I was called to pick up and after quick and touch free payment process I was on the way back home. Courteous and friendly team. Would recommend them strongly.

I would like to thank Mr. Bellomo for everything he expediently did for me in the transition of my leased Jeep to my new leased Charger. Having been devastated at the loss of my first Charger in 2016, I tried something new (my Jeep), but just was not in love with it. Being reclusive in nature, I do not enjoy spending long hours having to make purchases of any sort. Mr. Bellomo seemed to understand my reasoning for wanting to get back into something I loved. My car was a desideratum in feeling like "myself" again. Not only did he accomplish this with amazing accuracy, he, also, took the time to speak with my father who lives 24 hours away to reassure him that I would be taken care of. I, literally, had everything done, no surprises or let downs, in two days without ever having to spend hours at the dealership. I cannot thank him enough for giving me back something I dearly loved and have fallen in love all over again. It is not often that people in the customer service industry are understanding, empathetic and sympathetic enough to tailor a person's needs accordingly. I love my new Charger so much, I will be purchasing it when my lease is up. Thank you, Mr. Bellomo. Scott Viau was a very patient and helpful sales rep. I was not sure I really was looking for a Jeep , but he found an excellent vehicle choice for me and did not pressure me .
