Jonathan Martinez was GREAT!!! I explained my needs to him. I did not want anything too big. I have been in a Nissan for 13 yrs. Jonathan recommended the Compass and I find it to be just the right size for me. I love, love, love it. He explained the features to me which I am having a ball experimenting with. My family has bought vehicles from the Bayside Dodge Jeep dealership in the past and have always been pleased with the smooth service, however we have never had to bring any vehicle purchased from them to their service department, as we haven't had any issues. After purchasing a used Jeep Wrangler from a private sale, I noticed it had a transmission leak and had trouble finding a shop that would do the extensive repair. I ultimately decided to bring it to the bayside dodge jeep dealership to ensure the job would be done correctly and was more than happy with the process and result. The service managers Bob and Eddie were extremely helpful and attentive, and went out of their way to keep me updated and informed with the status of my car. They got the work done fast and at a reasonable price. My 2008 jeep wrangler now runs good as new! Coming from Nassau County shopping for a used vehicle advertise on Cars.com. used car was fairly priced without the dealer fees which goes from fair deal to high priced. Heard the usual salesman pitch all dealers charge fees which is not true in fact only Bodega type dealers charge fees. Purchase for Infinity's from dealer used and new never any dealership fees, as well as Mazda and Hyundai. Salesman was courteous respectful not pushy and honest facility is what you expect from located in City tight but a lot of vehicles to choose. Maybe just used cars get $1,000 dealer fees or if you buy a Jeep probably none, not sure but would check.

Nice and knowledgeable sales staff. Managers are willing to work with you to get the price that's best for both parties.

Went into Bayside this weekend for my third Jeep from them. I got exactly what I wanted. Great sales team. Their service department needs some work but overall a great place.

Without an appointment, I went to the “Express Lane” first thing in morning for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told it should take about an hour. The work was completed in under hour and the service writer was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. This was a much better experience than the ones had with another dealership where I purchased my previous jeep

We live in Flemington, New Jersey and about a mile or two away from a Jeep Dodge dealership, but have been going for about the last 10 years to Johnson Dodge in Budd Lake, New Jersey, which is about 30 miles away for so many reasons. First reason is that the owner John Sr. has always given me the best price for my vehicles and the same goes for the 11 other friends and family who I brought to his dealership. There’s not many places left like this anymore that will not only give you a good value, but also great service to go with your vehicle. He truly does the right thing And that is the reason I recommend any customers I can to him. John jr., and the the dealership’s right hand man, Bryce are always on point in regards to any concerns or questions that may come about whenever I go there. There’s so much to tell, but I will mention on a particular incident we had a customer for John that lives in Staten Island and had no way of getting to the dealership on a specific day and without hesitation they offered to go pick her up so she could get in her new truck sooner than later. Really are not going to find anything like this anywhere else. I’d like to mention also the service advisor who I always go to, Briana. She really is very knowledgeable and even though she is always busy, she makes it a point to get back with any answers as fast as possible in regards to your vehicle. Lastly, I’d like to say that I like to use the same mechanic, Bryan R., so I could get to know him and he could get to know me and he will have a detailed knowledge of my vehicle from always servicing it. Another really nice guy and keeps my Jeep Cherokee SRT in top condition. These are not the only people at the dealership that have always come through with doing their job professionally, Courtney in service has always been there to answer any questions. Also the guys in the parts department are always very helpful when I’m waiting around for my vehicle and I just want to ask some questions in regards to purchasing anything for my vehicle. Dealership has recently been renovated and is even nicer. I will continue to drive over 30 miles to go to this dealership and continue to bring more customers.
