They absolutely want you to be satisfied. Used cars are a risk to everyone involved, but they did all they could to inform me of exactly what I was getting. Susan in finance was an absolute pleasure to deal with. This was, by far, my best experience in purchasing a used vehicle.

I've been getting all of the routine service on my 2016 Jeep Patriot done here since I bought it new (from a different dealership in a distant city) and have never been disappointed. Staff have all been great and have never had any issues. Free coffee while waiting and a decent waiting room too. They even have a cell phone charger in the waiting room, which I had to make use of on my most recent visit.
