She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Overall, our experiences with Chapman dealerships have been nothing short of exceptional. The dedication and professionalism of Ashlie, John, Liz, Kyle, Steve, and the entire team show their commitment to a great buying experience. Best car buying experience EVER! Paul Ramirez, Jason Vanetta, and the entire team are rock stars! The facility is amazing. Great selections of vehicles with all their sister lots available to pull from. I dread buying cars because I usually feel pressured into things I don’t want but not here. The finance team found me a better interest rate than my current bank was offering. Sounds cliché, but I felt like I was part of their family and they wanted to do what was best for me.
