Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

OUT OF STATE BUYER I wasn't searching to buy a car. My fiance and I were having a general conversation about what car I wanted. Next, he sends me the ad of my dream car that really was something I thought would stay a dream. I fell in love. Being out of state I didn't realize how easy this process would go. I checked BBC Motorsports out and did my research. Google map street view, BBB (A+ no complaints), Facebook..Yelp etc.. I searched under every rock trying to locate anything negative. The reviews were so perfect. I initially didn't read them bc I did not want them to influence my due diligence. I came up with nothing! Buyers I wasted my time bc this dealership is 1000% legit. They are both PATIENT (I know I tested them and I wasnt the easiest customer) Beat my credit union rate where I've been a customer for 25+yrs by working with their lender Chase Answered every phone call, email and text(yes I communicated through all 3) Reviews are real(they were so perfect so I initially ignored them) Assisted me with a suggestion to use an independent mechanic to inspect the car being that I'm located in FL and I was unable to test drive the car before buying (Auto Critic was a plus) Sent me the carfax. Sent video and pictures. Shipped and delivered my car to Fl. Oh yea the CAR! The buying experience was so perfect and professional that I almost forgot to mention the Great Porsche I purchased. Low miles, clean, and a beauty well maintained and practically new for a great price. (No negotiating needed, the car was priced fair) The universe lined up this situation for me. It started as a dream, to a discussion and Jasen and George turned it into a reality. If you have doubts rest assured and TRUST! I ASSURE you they are the real deal. Seems too perfect to be true but IT IS!! CONs My credit union totally wasted my time. My paranoia all for no reason. Buy with BBC Motorsports! This is how buying a car should be. I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

This is my 3rd Ram 1500. I have had 2008, 2013, and now a 2019. All great looking strong running trucks with the 5.7 HEMI. I’ve never had the HEMI tick. Lots of power. Modifications, black wheels, wider more agressive tires, 2” leveling kit, spray in bed liner. Can’t say enough. Love these trucks and would recommend to anyone.

I have owned this truck since it was new and couldn't be happier. It has never let me down. It tows effortlessly, is very comfortable and very safe. The Hemi engine never lacks all the power I ever need but it's still not a killer on gas.

I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

The vehicle was in great condition and clean! When arrived, the vehicle was parked up front. I shopped all over Texas until I came upon their vehicle and the price was the best around for similar options.

I bought a 2019 new reg cab 3.6. 2wd. As of this week 126,000 miles. Did tires and brakes at 85,000. Wheel bearing at 100,000 on front. Just this week had misfire cylinder #3 and replaced plugs. Other than oil changes synthetic every 10,000 miles is only maintenance. I on occasion pull 20ft big Tex car trailer as far as Ohio to Connecticut. Not a power house but tows high way speed no problem. Back in 2019 this truck was $23,000 new. Excellent value.

Integrity, Honesty, Character??? I know these are not usually associated with a used car dealership. That is why I was amazed by Mark and his staff at AutoPlace. Like most places He gave a 30 day warranty, but looked me in the eye and assured my He would take care of any problems to make sure my van was what I expected. 3 Weeks in my engine light came on. I took it to Mark and the test showed a bad O2 sensor. He gave me a loaner car while the 02 sensor was replaced. No charge. After the 30 day period was up, I noticed I didn't have reverse lights. I call Mark, he says bring it in. He gives me a loaner car while he has the reverse lights fixed. No Charge!!! Then after 60 days my engine light comes on again and van is running a little rough. Once again I call Mark and he says bring it in. Repeated misfire on one cylinder. Once again he gives me a loaner car and pays for a full tune up at no charge to me. I know approximately how much these repairs run and these were not cheap repairs. I am 58 years old and have never had someone go out of their way to make sure I was taken care of like Mark, Lilly, and his staff at Autoplace. Highly recommended. ---Mark Burkett

*Crew Cab Laramie - gorgeous truck. Get a lot of compliments on it. Finish is very good. *HEMI has a lot of power. Goes well with the 8-speed transmission. Both have been trouble free. Averaging around 18 mpg overall. Very reliable. Back Up Cam is useful towing - you can watch your trailer / load on the screen. *Interior is plush, especially for a truck. Roomy - back seating area is like a Checker Marathon cab. Lots of useful creature comforts. Love the floor storage in the rear, Lots of cupholders - happy riders. *Things to watch for; **Moisture / condensation on windshield. Needs to be wiped off occasionally. No "leaks" found". **Condensation at rear window (with moving center section). --Irritating things; --Only bed front stake pockets have OEM covers. Need to locate / purchase covers for rear stake pockets - on a $60K+ truck? --"All painted nose" means plenty of paint chips to cover / fill. Dr Color Chip = exact color match. --Towing Assist is a PITA - it will stop the truck dead backing up with a trailer if it's not disabled. Overall, very good truck. Hauls, tows and carries without issue. Rides like a luxury car. Like any vehicle, it has minor irritating issues that are easily worked around. Don't be surprised if you can't get it into your garage. My Laramie Crew Cab with the 6'4" box is 23'8" long. The garage is 24'. Be so advised.

The vehicle engine started making noise at about 26000 miles on cold starts. It took three visits to the dealership before they agreed to check what was causing the noise. That was three weeks ago and I am still waiting for parts. The left side sun visor just fell off.

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Been to this dealership several times throughout the years. Always a good experience. Would definitely consider doing business here again.

My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

Bought my 2022 RAM Limited in November of 2021. It currently has 15,450K miles so far. Had it into the shop 3 times for the back window leaking and open-close window not operating. U-connect issues is every time it updates OTA, some of the profile functions reset (like keeping the radio on after key-off). Nothing else were issues, and my mentality is every mechanical machine has quirks and if RAM only has this after 3 years, I can accept that better than having transmission/engine issues in this timeline. The ride is comfortable and having a good set of tires on it makes the ride so much better. I think any of the big three truck companies makes a great product, as I have had all of them plus a few imports. Keep up on the maintenance and it will be reliable for as long as you need it.

Bought this truck brand new, got the Big Horn with the 5.7L Hemi (which is now extinct) and I cannot say enough on how much this vehicle wowed me. The pickup and power are great, the 4wd auto is very responsive and has been very useful in wet, and off road conditions. We stay in cabins in the mountains and the truck has no issues getting up hard to climb hills and racks terrain. I drive it daily to work and although I have had a few issues with the uconnect, nothing that has required dealership trips. I've had the truck 2 years now and 20000 miles with no problems. The interior is comfortable although I wish I would have sprung for the leather. The large screen is great and the interior design is the best of the big 3 American brands in comparable models. Also the price while too high, was still better than Chevy and most Fords. I'm a Ram guy now. Hopefully it stays this reliable for the price I paid.

First day of owning the 12 inch screen went dark and I useable. Became intermittent. Took just over a year for the dealership to fix with multiple trips. 11000 miles now and appears ok. Now I love the truck. .

TLDR; AutoSavvy of Duncanville is a 10/10 car dealership, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good deal on a used car. My salesperson, Tyler, was willing to work with me on my first car loan and was very reasonable and accommodating. The trade in amount on my old cash car was also very reasonable. I did do a VIN history check on the vehicle before buying it (all vehicles at AutoSavvy have branded titles, it’s their whole thing) and the nature of the damage was a minor front-end collision which was admirably repaired by the AutoSavvy team. I personally must advise against purchasing any vehicles with major structural or water damage, so the VIN history check is important. The vehicle was very reasonably priced for the age and mileage, and the 100,000 mile limited powertrain warranty provides me a lot of peace of mind. The experience was very pleasant and relaxing, come here if you’re looking for a use car!

Overall, the purchasing experience was good. Working with the sales associate (Tyler) and the financing consultant (Daniel) was a pleasant experience. When I drove the car away from the dealership, I was satisfied that I had made a good purchase.

Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?
