I started my day by visiting two car dealerships looking for a specific car. The first dealership was not helpful at all, and the second one attempted to sell me a car with less options, more cosmetic damage, for more money. I called Elite and spoke with Jay from the lot of dealer two. He drew up some numbers and made it compelling enough to take the 1.25 hour trip. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and I could tell it was an honest place to do business. The car was just as described on the phone: clean as a whistle inside and out, drove and rode smooth, priced lower than anyone else and had more options! I wasn't planning on buying today but the experience just made it way too hard to head home. I loved every minute of my experience at Elite motors! Thank you Elite and Jay!
I was leasing my truck from Urse in Morgantown, but I went to Urse in fairmont because I live there and it’s closer. So I actually bought my truck at Urse in Fairmont. Great experience. Nice job from Walden, Huey and Sapp. Those guys are awesome and did a nice job helping me.
Thanks to Urse I saved a lot of money. I had another shop tell me there was something wrong with my vehicle and when I took it to Urse two different mechanics checked it and said there wasn’t anything wrong with it. Thank you Urse.

I searched the Ron Lewis Automotive website and after contacting Gayle the sales woman it was a great process from there on. I wanted to go up to see Gayle and even though she was scheduled off she met me there . She is the best by far. I also met scott the general manager which was extremely nice to make everything work out . Betty in finance was so awesome to deal with to finalize it all . I am very glad I drove 90 minutes to deal with them because we are so happy with them and how nice they treated us . Thanks For Everything Folks . The Cross’S
This was a great car buying experience! Emails and phone calls were returned. They worked on the price for us. Every person we came into connect with was kind. They weren't just sales people, they were real. Nice people. Oh and the environment in this place is great. You can tell folks love their jobs and awesome music is playing. I would definitely recommend them to a friend, actually I already have.
I had previously spoken with the New Car Sales Manager about some quotes I had received relative to a new vehicle and said I would stop by sometime to let him look at mine. I went in to have my oil changed and tires rotated and had him look at my car while it was there. After all was said and done, he determined it would be better for me to lease a vehicle rather than buy one as I had less than 20000 miles on my old one after 3 years so that is what I did.
I went to Ron Lewis to look for a vehicle I had seen online. I had never heard of them and thought I would go look around. I dread car shopping because I've had a few frustrating experiences where I felt pressured or that I may have been being taken advantage of. So I went in feeling like it would probably be the same thing. I was greeted right away by several employees. I then spoke to a salesman named Steven Hlatky and explained what I was looking for and my financial situation. He went right to work looking for vehicles he thought I might be interested in. After a test drive I found a car I liked and he went to his finance manager to see what he could do. He kept me constantly informed of what was happening and before I knew it I was signing papers. This was the best, easiest car buying experience I ever had. I would recommend this dealership and Steven to everyone and plan to tell my friends and family to go here first when they buy their next vehicle. After the excellent customer service I received here I won't go anywhere else.
I was looking to trade a vehicle on something newer. I was able to test drive multiple cars over the duration of a few days because I could not make up my mind on what I wanted. They were extremely patient with me while making my decision. Any questions I had were answered quickly. They were not pushy by any means on trying to make a sale which was a very big plus for me. I was able to take my time in making a decision. They were very helpful pointing out different features that went with each vehicle I looked at to help me decide which one I think would be right for me. They offered the highest price for my trade and gave me a good deal on a car that I am very happy with. It has not had a problem yet. Everything was taken care of at the dealership and I didn't have to do anything! Thank you! and I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone. I recommended this dealer to a friend and within 2 weeks they bought a car from this Dealer and they are just as happy!
Low pressure salesman, very laid back atmosphere, reasonable price paid for a 2017 Maxima. They do make good on their promises unlike some other dealers. Reggie Little was especially helpful in the sale. Lance Hartman used car mgr helped me procure an updated NAV memory card expeditiously so there was hardly any inconvenience. Would do business with them again.
