This is my third RAM. I love these trucks. I really like the changes they’ve made to the interior over the years. The crew cab is very spacious and I like the fold out shelf under the rear seat. There is plenty of lighting inside and out. The Hemi is a great engine and has all the power I need. I would fully recommend these trucks to anyone.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Heritage Honda Bel Air! After a terrible experience (at another dealership), being told that my Honda CRV needed new brakes, new tires, new timing belt, all new filters, and an onslaught of other random things totall $4,000 I was beside myself!! I had purchased this CRV 2 years ago from another dealership and had dealt with Andrew Miller (the general manager) ??? he was so wonderful, I contacted him to ask would be it possible I that I needed all these things. Now when I contacted Andrew I was in Florida (where I live for 50% of the year) and I was about to drive 1200 miles home (to Delaware) and was terrified to drive my car. He assured me that since the last time I got the car serviced it was not possible to have all those things wrong with my CRV. I cannot say enough how thankful I am for Andrew (the general manager) I am sure he is so busy running a dealership, but he made me feel at ease and as if I was the only (crazy) customer he had to take care of. I made the drive from Florida safe and was met by Andrew upon my arrival at the dealership.. he introduced me to Chrissy (the service manager). The kindness, and professionalism did not stop at Andrew??? Chrissy was a total doll. Chrissy assured me that they would look over every inch of the CRV and take good care of me, and they did. Long story short, my CRV got an oil change and new tires and that is all she needed. Every person at the dealership was so kind, friendly and wonderful to deal with!!! I will continue to make the hour dive to have my car serviced at Heritage.. you can not put a price on honesty and peace of mind! Thank you so much Andrew, Chrissy & the entire Heritage Honda team!

First Experience With Bel Air Honda's Service Department

I purchased my new 2013 Honda Civic EX-L NAV from another Honda dealership located in northeast Baltimore county at the end of March 2013. My visits to that service department were relatively few but trouble-free, because the car does not get a lot of mileage put on it. It is 41 months old and has 25,500 miles on it. It did have a warranty item repaired a while back About three weeks ago, the dealer-installed (at time of purchase) interior auto dimming rear view mirror with a compass, stopped working. It was a genuine Honda factory accessory. So I went to the aforementioned dealer to see about having it fixed, replaced or removed to have a manual mirror installed. The very young (and inexperienced) service advisor had the mirror looked at and informed me that it would cost $455.00 (parts and labor) to replace it. Knowing that the warranty period was a little over four months past but less than 36,000 miles, I then asked what it would cost to replace the mirror with a manual day/night mirror. The service advisor told me that I would have to go to the parts department to price that mirror. I told the advisor that it was not my job to do theirs and asked for the service department???s manager. I was told that he was not available. Rather than debate the issue,I took the estimate with me and left. I went home and then decided to drive to Bel Air Honda as I live between the two dealerships. I arrived at Bel Air Honda and noticed that they were very busy. I asked if I could take a few minutes of a service advisor???s time and get some help with my rearview mirror. Service Advisor Alton Thodos came over to my car and I told him about the mirror???s probem. I told him that the car???s warranty had expired, time-wise, but not mileage-wise. I asked Mr. Thodos if I could have the mirror replaced with a manual one. He told me that, although a manual mirror could be installed easily, the self-dimming mirror should not have failed with the low mileage and offered to contact the regional Honda manager to see if it could be replaced under an extended/goodwill warranty. I gave him all the information to start the process, thanked Mr, Thodos and left. Later that afternoon, the Service Manager from the other dealer called me and offered to contact the regional manager for help as well. I told him that would be fine. He told me that someone would call me in a few days to advise me if a replacement under warranty could be approved. However, I also kept in over close contact with Mr. Thodos. The first service advisor eventually left me a voice mail to call the dealership. I was not able to call back for a few days and eventually did leave a message after a first attempt to speak directly with them. The call was not returned. Meanwhile, Mr. Thodos advised me that the mirror???s warranty replacement was approved and the parts were ordered. The parts arrived quickly and I then took my car to Bel Air Honda today to have the mirror replaced. My tire pressure warning indicator went on when I left my house, so Bel Air Honda took care of that without charge. I was a customer at the other dealer???s service department since November 2005 when I purchased my previous and first-ever Honda. After being well treated by Bel Air Honda, I will ever go back to the other dealer. I have requested the service department to have my car???s service records be transferred to Bel Air Honda. I had the other dealer's rear license plate frame removed and Bel Air Honda put their on the car. Why not? Job well done, Belair Honda!

I broke down on Friday just as I was pulling into fort custard recreation area Because it was Friday I had to wait until Monday morning to get my car towed to get it fixed. Since we weren't from the area my husband and I decided we wanted to have the jeep worked on at a dealership. Monday morning we had our jeep towed to Hinkle Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership my husband explain the situation to the service Rep (Aaron) Who said he probably couldn't look at it until after lunch. We received a call at 10 AM telling us that they had figured out that it was the water pump our car was ready by 3 PM and it ended up costing less than was originally quoted definitely recommend this dealership

In the last three years have went to Clay Maxey Ford for service three times. Left angry the first time and a little upset another. Today I went for the Ford Works service and Computer Flash as I installed a oem remote starter. I left totally happy. I was at the point of thinking about timing service on my truck for trips up north to see family but their service department today (rep. Haley Estes and the service manager) changed my mind about This dealership. I will be having my future service done there and they have a customer for life as long as they give me this type of service.

If anyone has left a bad review, they are mistaken! I was met on 9/7/2017 in the HOT Florida heat by Josh "The Journey" Johnson. After visiting many dealerships that day, Josh was the only sales professionals that met me the moment that I arrived on the HOT asphalt. I told Josh that I would return on 8/9/2017 with my wife to look at Jeep Wranglers. My wife and I were originally interested in purchasing a Jeep Wrangler that was primarily going to be driven by her. She test drove a Wrangler and stated that she couldn't see driving the Jeep everyday back and forth to work. Telling Josh of the change in vehicles. He was excited to hear that we were also interested in the Dodge Journey. Josh said when he began this was the only vehicle that he could sell to customers and he know virtually everything about them, hence the name Josh "The Journey" Johnson. (Hope you like it!) Seeing the excitement in Josh's face. I gave him the opportunity to impress my wife and I. Well, what can I say!! We are happy and proud owners of a 2017 Dodge Journey!! Josh knew his stuff about this vehicle and showed all the bells and whistles that the Journey had to offer. The story does not end there and may get a bit weird from here. I ran into the Financial Service writer "Al" in the bathroom and he began telling jokes while I wore my NY Giants hat. The comedy continued while finishing up the paperwork for our new vehicle. The staff, facility, and the people at Lakeland Dodge JEEP Chrysler are a great group and want to make you happy, comfortable, and pleased with the vehicle that you are purchasing. Josh stopped many times during the process and of looking and test driving making sure that as we continued this was the vehicle that fit our needs. Well Josh!! We are happy that we got a brand new vehicle and will send as many people your way!! As for AL, enjoy your trip to Denver and I will also send people your way!! Thanks Again!! And PEOPLE!! Ask for JJJ (Josh "The Journey" Johnson) and tell him Chuck sent you!! As I side note!! I do not work for any car dealerships.. From the time my wife and I were on the WPB Off Lease Only property it was being at a resort or something, or having a tour guide on a cruise ship. Everyone polite, professional, friendly, informative. We love cars and there are monsterously plenty to choose from. 2015 and newer only. It was so much fun! We thought we wanted a 2015 Lexus price wise (plenty of them there) but after test drives - and price checks, wreck checks in the computer (a classy feature where you get to do a detailed search of every car you want to on the lot yourself) we settled on a 2016 C300 Mercedes instead for less than we thought we'd spend on a year older Lexus with twice the miles. The Merc is still under warranty!. Yep, that's as good it gets. Adam our "tour guide" is the best, Andy the sales manager was more helpful than most consieges in 4-star hotels, and the finance person? Darlene and us shared stories and pictures of our dogs. When's the last that happened when you bought a car? There simply is no other place to buy a car. That is what I'm assuring you. A 5 day or 500 mile return and exchane the car thing too, if not completely satisfied. Go to WPB Off Lease Only and find out for youself. There is no way to be disappointed. They won't let that happen.

The vehicle I use for work the only complaint I have ( but it’s with all the new pickups ) is the length of the bed !! 2009 was a Hemi V8. The 2013 was a V6 - I didn’t notice an extreme difference with the gas mileage so I went back to the Hemi in 2014.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Saved over 15,000 dollars for what I wanted if bought ford 150 or chevy 1500. Great truck for price. 5.7 engine 3.92 rear end. 10,700 towing. Smooth ride. Drove a few new fords and chevy company trucks and this best drove yet.
