Used RAM 1500 Classic trucks for sale near Wilmer, TX

Worked with Alonso C. in the used car area. Had previously researched the vehicle I wanted (2018 Chrysler Pacifica) and he made the process easy, non-confrontational, and easy. The title guy and I didn't get off on the right foot, but that's probably I intentionally put in a pause to the buying process and had to leave to get my financing from my credit union. Overall I would buy again from this dealership, and Alonso specifically.

I was shopping for a RAV4 on cars.com, and acquired about a car at Cowboy Toyota. Luis Santos replied and was helpful and professional. He knew I was shopping at other dealerships, and he helped me work quickly to get to favorable terms. For whatever reason, most dealerships will not negotiate a final price by email and want you to go through the hassle of coming to their place to negotiate more. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota did not do that. He took my emailed offer to his manager, and we wrapped up negotiations quickly so that I knew I was coming to their dealership simply to purchase the car and fill out paperwork. Once there, Luis helped the paperwork go smoothly and had the car clean and ready for me to drive away. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota made what's usually an unpleasant process pleasant again. Definitely gets attention from truck owners of other brands. The blend of comfort and off road capability is exceptional for my needs. Exception power; quick; responsive; roomy; comfortable for long runs.

I was in Texas from Alabama visiting my fianc�e. On Saturday before I need to return to Alabama my check engine light came on. I went to the closest Ram service center and they stated they could not help me until Monday. I then contacted Rockwall DCJR they told me they were very busy, but if I could come in after 12:30 PM they would check to see what they could do. I was met by a service representative who was very pleasant. The representative left for a few mins and returned with a second person who plug into my vehicle I assume to see what the check engine light was. I was advised that it was possibly an update on the system they would update it and see if that would fix it. A couple of hours later I was given my keys and told I was ready to go. I was so pleased with my experience that I told my fianc�e that when I move to Texas and I buy a new Ram I was coming to Rockwall Ram ?.
