My advisor Alex was great. He got me in and my car was actually done the same day! The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because the shuttle service offered is cut-off at 2pm. My car wasn't ready until 4pm. I had to make my own way back to the dealership the next morning. The dealership is normally take my car to sends Ubers for drop-off and pick up at my front door. Other than that the whole experience was very pleasant.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

When I walked into the service department everyone greeted me and was friendly and accommodating. They knew exactly what to do. The service manager took the time to discuss what they did and advised on upcoming maintenance.

We saw a truck on Carfax we were interested in on a Sunday. We used their online customer service to let them know we were interested. We rec'd an email promptly Monday morning from Kelly Coleman. We made an offer over the phone based on what we could see of the vehicle pictures and reports. They countered with a fair offer and we made the 2 hour drive yesterday morning. She introduced us to the salesman Bob Amacher. He is exactly the kind of salesperson we like. No pressure, let us drive it as long as we liked, allowed us to inspect and talk about it by ourselves. Once we agreed we wanted to move forward, he got our paper work going, passed it off to the financial dept., then asked if we wanted any lunch? We declined at that point and waiting for our turn with the finance director, Nick Zdroik. Nick was fabulous to deal with, explained everything clearly, answered all our questions and got things going through our bank. He then offered us pizza that had been delivered, so we finally accepted the lunch offer as he finished our paperwork. The pizza was delicious and was a great way to end the experience, besides driving out with our Tundra. We would definitely come back and recommend them to all our friends!

Why is your DEF so xxxx pricey. 26.00 for 2 1/2 gals. When its 2.50 for a gal other places. It's a rip off to get it at your service department.

Salesman was great! The price was just right. We didn’t get everything with the car that was listed in their online description—the individualized list. Car mats listed—no car mats. Only 1 fob! Said it had a console between second row seats—nope. It wasn’t a deal breaker but they didn’t make any of it right or adjust the price. Some people would have walked away.

Overall wonderful experience! Rob did a great job assisting me on my search for my very first Jeep wrangler. He made sure that I found exactly what I was looking for and did a fantastic job working with me and explaining all of the features of the car. I have a 2500 Ram Longhorn, the best truck ever. Had to delete DEF system, but that is big brother issue.I have all my services completed with Mr.DP and the crew. DP Mitchell is a no~nonsense professional. Competent, listens to the details, working as a team they consistently get it right. Service Dept need operating space, hard for them to deal with multiple customers just because of space restrictions. The Remote Diesel shop is focused professionals too. Biggest piece of owning a truck is the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. A team you can build trust in!!!
