Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

I have used this service center for the last five years super knowledgeable and best in tulsa area you will find. If you dont like driving past the burbs to get work done at a reputable mechanic and want to stick close to home while getting the same level of service and care, then there is only one answer, South Poont CJD. I cannot think of the gentleman with white hair and the larger frame but he jas been there the last five yeats consistently no matter if scheduled or unplanned drop-off and he has always been knowledgeable and fair. Recently I was helped by Alejandra and they provided the same level of care I was used to at CJD. Could not be more impressed or satisfied with the service center. I can't speak to buying from them as I bought the truck else where but as far as service goes they are the top in T-Town.

I had a great experience buying from out of state. I would do business again and would recommend to friends and family. Here's my experience: I found a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe which included my wish list options including the active safety group (hard to find). The price seemed good compared to what I see in my area (UT). I reached out to sales at Bill Luke and asked for the "out the door" price. They came back and the only additional cost was window tint (as mentioned in the fine print on cars.com). Aside from that there was only tax and dealer fee. They took additional pictures and sent me a video tour of the vehicle. I signed a deal with the finance group, who did their best to match a loan rate from my local credit union. Shipping seemed reasonable, but I decided to pick up in person (they were even open Sunday which made things flexible for a weekend trip). I booked a flight and showed up just waiting for someone to try and tell me there were additional costs, but they were true to their word on "No hidden fees". After an introductory text from Austin, I was coordinating an OTD price for the specific stock number. I had a very good experience with this dealership. They looked my car over, gave me an assessment of the problem, and gave me clear options for dealing with the problem. They also let me know what the result if dealing with it right away or waiting to deal with it would be. I will definitely go back. All the workers were friendly too.

I would highly recommend courtesy for it to anyone looking for a Ford service department. The communication and service were stellar. They went above and beyond to make sure my car needs were met. They will definitely become the Ford dealership then I will deal with from now on.
