From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

Erkan (Rick) and his colleagues were super helpful and really went the extra mile when I found out after purchase that the Ford Escape we first selected did not have an important feature (the garage opener). The Escape that did have the feature also had a bunch of others that I liked, but they didn't have that trim on the Koons Sterling lot. Not only they arranged taking the first Escape back and exchanging it for the one I wanted, but they even sent a driver to Koons Falls Church to bring that other car for me, so I drove the first car in and drove out the dream one, and I only paid the price difference. Overall, we had a great experience. We started our process late last year by first meeting with Bingle, our sales rep. Due to production delays, Bingle laid out the timeline and let us know what to expect. A couple months later we came back and placed our order for a 2023 Suburban. Bingle kept us updated with possible matches that would come in to the dealership and/or the next steps in the process. A couple weeks ago, Bingle let us know that our Suburban had arrived on the lot. We went in and completed the sale seamlessly. Everyone we encountered was pleasant, informative, patient, and very easy to work with. Mario (sales manager) and John (Finance) worked out a great deal for us that satisfied our needs. This has been one of the best vehicle buying experiences we have had.

The only reason I gave overall a 5 star is there was a manager that got a little nasty and cussed at one of their employees (a very young man) ; which was unprofessional to do in front of a customer. The employee that was helping me, I could tell he was on edge and uneasy, I'm assuming due to the manager who was clearly creating tension in the shop. *may not have been manager, however he was the only employee not wearing the shop tech shirt and was wearing button up shirt and dress pants.

They did a good job and did what they said they would do. Very happy with the service. I will bring my jeep back to them.

If you have been searching the market for a used diesel, give them a call. I have purchased 4 diesel's from them. My father also purchased a 2012 Dodge Cummins about 2 year's ago! I had an '07 cummins and was looking to upgrade to a 6 speed manual. So we gave them a call. BAMM!!! It was a deal. I recommend Country Select!! He made the financing process as painless as possible and was able to get me a great deal without even having to set foot on the property. I drove all the way from southern CT to pick up my truck and it was exactly as it was described, not a single detail left out and no unwanted surprises when I got there.
