I can’t say enough about the great service I receive at Gator Ford. They did a great job repairing my vehicle and also changed my oil and rotated my tires. Our car buying experience was above and far beyond our expectations! Randy Booth (remember that name!) our salesman was amazing! He made the entire process enjoyable! The first time in my life I can say the car buying experience was fun! He listened to our wants and needs didn't give us the whole song and dance stereo typical car dealer garbage. He took his time to show us all our options and no pressure for a quick sale with a car on the lot.. He showed us incoming inventory which is ultimately where our truck came from..The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Even the finance process was effortless that's the part I dread the most! it's no suprise that so many employees have 10, 20 yrs! all the other dealerships we went to were all new guys and just seem like constant turn over of employees with the stereotypical song and dance that you can literally hear them talk and finish their sentences because you know their game. Not Dayton Andrews. The only thing we regret is not buying previous cars from them. But, we are customers for life. We'll be back!

My experience with JEEP New Port Richey was excellent throughout. Highly professional, very good communication very personable staff. The only difficulty with the experience was the delayed manufacturing and delivery time of the vehicle. This took about six months. The dealership was helpful and communicative throughout this delay and I am very appreciative of their service. Other than that, everything was great.
