Yes my mom took my jeep renegade (2022)to Helfman Dodge service on Silver road . When i say they did a wonderful with cleaning the outside, rotated the tires and oil change. Melissa was very friendly and courteous the other staff was as well. Thank you guys Stephanie Ingram

I'm writing this review because my buying experience at Helfman Alfa Romero and Maserati was the best car buying experience I've ever had my in my life. John and JJ treated me like I was family from the minute I walked on the lot. And Cameron in financing worked miracles to get me the lowest interest rate possible. My entire buying experience was absolutely amazing. I highly suggest if you're looking for a new Dodge, Jeep, Alfa Romeo or Maserati that you stop by Helfman first. This dealership is by far the best in Houston Texas and you will no longer want to buy a car anywhere else. This is going to be my dealership for the rest of my life.

Robin was very helpful from start to finish, she was mindful of our travel plans and schedule, she kept me informed, got the parts needed overnight as promised and got us back on the road. I was in the market for a 2025 Silverado 1500 Custom with the Blackout Package. My Salesman Marcus was great. Got me into the vehicle I wanted and at a good price. Received fair value for my trade and I didn't have to spend any time haggling. Truck was detailed perfectly at delivery. We all hate trips to the dealer to buy a car. Marcus made it less of a chore. I definitely appreciated his customer service, and he has now sold me 3 trucks in the last 12 years. I highly recommend Marcus and the Team at Robbins.

Every visit, whether maintenance or repair is a great experience. Service techs are friendly and very knowledgeable. My only suggestion is they return a repair that takes 3 days or longer, washed and vacuumed.
