New and used 2024 RAM 2500 trucks for sale near Baltimore, MD

Purchased a new Ram 2500 Diesel. I live in WV, drove to Baltimore after working out a deal over the phone. My salesperson Rich and Mel, the finance manager, took care of everything so all I had to do was sign papers when I got there. Good price, good financing deal, in and out. Great experience.

My experience at Ourisman Dealership was very pleasant. I had an awesome advisor named James Umpleby, he kept me updated and communication was very good. The entire staff was courteous while I waited in the sitting area and they even washed my car, free of charge the day I came to pick it up!

I told my sales rep, Gerard "Cowboy" King I was going to send an email to his manager saying what a good job he did and how professional and friendly he was. But I think it would be better to post a review so everyone could see. My wife and I bought a Chrysler Pacifica PHEV this week. During the sale, we had a bit of a wait because another customer was in the finance office. Cowboy just talked to us like we were old friends. It was nice to meet someone in sales that actually likes their job and seems to enjoy working with the public. Overall I would say this was a positive experience, even after we got a flat tire on our brand new never driven van and had to take a loaner home for a day! After the purchase, we were unsure about how to claim the federal tax credit. Cowboy was instantly messaging us back, connecting us to the right people, emailing us forms, it was great to get such outstanding customer service. He sure knows a lot about these hybrid vans! I am very happy with the van and with the tax credit I think I got a great deal.

Interested in a Jeep Gladiator, great selection, Charles Miller did a great job, start to finish, made the buying process very easy, Chad, manager was great, and finance was also easy to deal with. All were very professional, had several questions after the purchase, Charles was always available and would highly recommend to anyone who wants a Jeep of any kind to go there and let them guide you through the entire easy process.

My only complaint is the timing to wait for an oil change should not exceed 60 minutes. Antwerpen had a desk just for oil changes. Wish it was back. Major services are always given realistic timing.

Thus place is awesome. U get and they get u out.No hassles just business.

My son purchased his first car on 07/15/23. Len Stoler Dodge in Westminster MD mase this a most pleasant experience for my son and my wife and I. He found the car online and all negotiations were accomplished via email and telephone. We travelled two and a half hours to pick up yhe car and sign all the necessary paperwork. The 2023 Challenger SXT my son was buying was waiting when we arrived and our sales rep Craig Nelson, went over the car with us, took us for a test drive and made sure we were satisfied with it before we completed the purchase. The Business Manager Diane Morley walked our son, through each step of the finance process explaining everything in terms that a first time buyer could easily understand, something that we truly appreciated. Both Craig and Diane made us feel as though we were talking to friends duting the entire process. The remainder of the staff we interacted with was friendly and it created a very relaxing atmosphere for something that is often very stressful. We would definately do business with this dealership again, They gave us a very fair price for the car we purchased and also for the vehicle we traded in. Andrew Thomas was very helpful, personable, genuine and passionate about his work. He answered every question, was knowledgeable in the differences between our current Ram 1500 Bighorn and the 2023 Ram 1500 Big Horn we were looking to purchase.
