I have a troublesome old car that I need to trade off and find a new car right away. The experience with CarMax was better than I expected, even with my poor credit rating. I found the car that I like and in my price range online prior to arrive the car dealer. The whole process -from the appraisal of my old car, financing a new loan, inspect the new car and a trip around to fetch documentations, under sales lady Shirley Gainey's assistant went extremely smooth. It took only a few hours and all done! I had my nearly new car !

We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

My husband and I recently purchased a new MDX. Our sales rep, Jay Bamberg, was incredible! He knew the answer to every question we asked, showed us any car we requested, and was very patient as we searched the lot for our perfect car! 10/10

If you need service this is the place to be! The staff is always polite and gives you a timeline of repairs. They do have a quick oil change service which is convenient when your in a hurry
