Best car purchasing experience, hands down, in my years involving about 16 personal vehicle purchases. From our initial meet out front of the dealership, where Brendan had the car cleaned up and ready for review, to the closing of the deal, Brendan and all the staff were professional, non-aggressive, and knowledgeable. The vibe during our entire visit was relaxed, non-pushy, and actually... fun. Honest interactions and great attention to detail with Brendan resulted in what we felt was a fair deal for everybody. We showed up with our daughter who was buying her first used car, but one would of believed we were there to pick up a new Ram truck, given the focus and attention paid to us. Matthew Fell, Bernard's Ram Business Manager was able to beat our pre-approved interest rate and got us into a better loan. Kind and with relaxed banter, he stepped through the typical "add ons" car dealerships will offer, while patiently explaining each ticket item for our daughter's benefit. Best experience we've had shopping for a car. I haven't had much experience with car shopping, but my wife has gone to a few dealerships, and has always had a bad experience. The one dealership I did actually go to, was terrible. This one changed how I feel about dealerships. While walking up to the dealership, they already had all the cars I was interested in pulled up to the front of the store. We showed up about 15 minutes early, and Dylan McDowell was immediately available for any questions, concerns, etc. Went on a test drive, and immediately fell in love with the car. Once we got back to the dealer, Dylan again, was extremely helpful, and talked us through everything. Never once seemed pushy or impatient like we've had in the past. Even though we came in on a Saturday, and tried to get in with enough time before close, we still ended up about 15-20 minutes after close, and everyone still remained just as nice, friendly, and helpful, not trying to rush us out. Halfway through this experience, my wife said that she knows where she's buying her next car! Can't recommend this place enough!

If you're in the market for a new/used vehicle, I'd recommend you come here and talk to Thomas Lee. Truly the best car salesman I've ever worked with . . . and I've bought a car or two in my lifetime. He actually answers his cell phone and when he's not available, he does call/text you back. He answers all questions (no matter how big or small) and doesn't get annoyed. And he actually does what he says he's going to do, he doesn't just "blow smoke" to make the sale! Oh and you can tease with this guy. Very professional, yet still human and can take a joke! I had never purchased a vehicle here before this week and unless something changes or I can't get Thomas, he has all of my future business, hands down. (I only wish we had "found" him three months ago when my son also bought a new vehicle in Cloquet, MN and got bent over bad with that dealership . . . they are so dirty, they even made sure to take the google reviews down as fast as we put them up, because evidently the truth hurts. Day and night difference in the vehicle buying experience. They need to be shut down and sure wouldn't be missed when you can go to John Hirsch in Cambridge, MN and work with Thomas Lee!)

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Jeep wrangler for my fiancé at Bernard, all the staff there were so respectful and nice. Mark flatten gave us great tips and advise for our newly purchase vehicle. The amount of trust and faith in his customers are above and beyond our expectations. He helped us understand what it is we are buying and very knowledgeable. We feel like we were a part of a family and treated as such. Everyone was very welcoming and we feel like we were taken care of by a family member.

I had a very good experience with this dealership. They looked my car over, gave me an assessment of the problem, and gave me clear options for dealing with the problem. They also let me know what the result if dealing with it right away or waiting to deal with it would be. I will definitely go back. All the workers were friendly too.

This was my 3rd purchase in a row from Hudson Chrysler. Joe Ard, was the salesman the past two times. It was nice to work with a familiar and knowledgeable salesman. He promptly answered questions and had the vehicle ready for a test drive upon my arrival. The used car was thoroughly detailed at time of pick up. Purchasing process was a breeze. Bridget Cavalier, in finance office, was pleasant and had all the paperwork in order. No pressure to buy warranties, etc. Joe took time to educate me on the car's features, connect my phone, etc. In the future, I will continue shopping for vehicles and servicing my vehicles here.

I contacted the dealership they did ‘still’ had the Maverick. The salesman (Dylan) was very attentive we arranged for a test drive, the staff were all very nice, I did purchase the truck and have arranged for a second one in the next week or two, Thanks Guys!

Jake was phenomenal to work with!! I had a cricket noise, found out was pranked by who knows who. Was happening since I leased the truck. They took the time and figured it out. Was very happy. No more crickets!! 🦗 Thanks again for the great customer service Jake!!
