While I gave customer service a five star it is only because salesman Avan saved the day. He was courteous and patient. The first guy was not.

Definitely a 5star experience on recent service performed on my 2023 Ram. Vehicle needed a recall repair and standard scheduled maintenance. This dealership arranged pickup of my truck from my home and delivered it back to me after work completed! Outstanding experience. Service Representative Savannah was professional and quick to communicate.

I worked with Logan over the phone trying complete the purchase of a pickup they advertised online. He was extremely professional and tried to get me the deal I was looking for, but we couldn't come to terms; not for his lack of trying. He presented their best deal and I chose not to accept it. All in all it was a positive business exchange and I would work with him again if I see another vehicle I'm interested in

Great place to purchase a vehicle. I purchased a Grand Wagoneer and the salesman knew the features of the car and answered all our questions. Very professional staff here. Professional and they made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. Service was fabulous also. I drove 3 hours to get here and it was well worth the extra time and money. 8 dealers in my area didn’t know the car or it’s features, and told me that it only came in black or white. There loss. My experience overall was pretty good. I knew what I wanted before I arrived and Kaseem our salesman assisted us with making that happen. The process was seamless. There was one hiccup but I do understand that it is difficult to completely understand the complexities of assisting an Active Duty Service member to ensure the details are all on order, but overall everything was figured out in the end. Also over the next few Kaseem called and made sure I didn't have any issues and that he answered any other questions or concerns I may have had.
