The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more! When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Top notch level services, and sales from this dealership. This is my 3rd Jeep from this dealership. I keep coming back for a reason. Clinton is the best of the best in sales, always finds me the Jeep I want with specs I want, and streamlines the buying process efficiently. Kenny is also top level in the financing department, and I would say is very fair and reasonable as well when it comes to devising a plan and price, and takes into consideration my loyalty to Jeep when he comes up with an option for me which I appreciate that. Craig in finance is also highly efficient, and even worked around my financing to fit my needs and goals, took extra time to ensure my expectations were met. John the manager wrote me a personal letter voicing appreciation and qualifications for future cars which went along way because it created a more personalized feel for my car leasing experience.

Betsy was THE BEST!! She knew over the phone what was wrong just by how I explained the sounds my van made. She got me in quickly, got it fixed AND got it back to me in one day.
