I have a forever warranty on my Renegade Trailhawk. I've had a headlight assembly replaced and motor mounts replaced as well as required maintenance at 100,000 miles, and several oil changes. We purchased a 2024 Ram 1500 Longhorn and have had issues with the Uconnect system. I?ve had it to two other dealers closer to us, but decided to take it back to dealer. Paul from service knew exactly what had to be done. After 3 trip they finally figured it out. This team will work hard to find the problem and repair it. I was blown off by two other dodge dealers, because they didn?t want to get their hands dirty. We have a 2024 Jeep Wranger which had an oil leak. We took that back to the NC dealer and they said it was spilt oil from an oil change. Again, they didn?t want to get dirty. Again, Paul from Service took the jeep in and his team found a leak in the timing chain cover. That took a lot of work to repair. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. With Paul in the service department and his team; you can?t go wrong
