Recently went looking for a new Chrysler Pacifica and decided to go back to the dealership I last bought from. I had purchased a 2017 Pacifica Ltd. that was certified pre owned and had enjoyed it the whole time I owned it. Decided to look into a new Pacifica Ltd as well as their Plug in Hybrid, decided to go with the Pacifica Ltd with a tow package. The salesman was very professional and helped with all my questions and concerns. The van came in silver same as my previous one and the technology was a big step up. Excellent! Didn?t have to worry about anything. I was kept up to date on everything. Staff was nice and courteous. Normally I would have gone to the Lithia Springs location but, decided to give Dallas a try.

Great working with Angel, Aiden and Matt. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Test drove a Durango. Had to think about it. They were not pushy at all. I ended up trading my truck in which was very hard. But have a big family needed more room .

Took in to fix light coming on re: Anti-lock brakes and Traction control. Didn't realize it was still under warranty, but was informed it was. They also identified a problem with the battery and replaced it under warranty as well. Parts were not in stock, so I was given a loaner at no charge. Also had some 30,000 mile maintenance done on the car. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.
