New and used 2025 RAM 2500 trucks for sale near Humble, TX

I bought a truck here without the intention of buying one. We had gone to purchase my wife a new vehicle and after the salesman told us about specials on ram 2500s I decided to trade mine in. Great sales team and finance department was awesome.

After reading all of the reviews about Clear Lake Dodge, I was a little apprehensive to travel 50 miles on the off chance that the Ram I wanted would be gone or just sold. Quite the opposite, it was there on Saturday and the Sales Director (Cindy) had the keys with her when I left Conroe on Monday. As soon as we walked in the doors, TJ Boyd worked with us and got the price where we wanted it to be. Delivery was a little longer than one would expect but the PDI was longer due to all of the inspection items they ran though on our 2021 2500. We give them 5 Stars because they earned it.

Just had my windows tinted, fast and nice job. Having a problem getting the garage door system to work but they are trying to help with that. Nice truck and I would highly recommend!!

The mechanics or management can?t seem to find the problem so I won?t be taking back there for service. I will use another facility closer to where I reside. The salesman John Staten is the BEST!!! I look forward to doing business and making referrals to him.

The personnel at the dealer is always extremely helpful and kind. This time it was a problem with the HVAC evaporator and they were able to solve it quickly. Very impressive

It was a long 5 months (due to back ordered parts) but DeAnthony made it such a breeze. He gave me weekly updates, answered all my questions thoroughly, when I needed a rental, he got it for me with no problem and had some of the best customer service I?ve ever experienced. I will always be returning for any services my jeep may have. Your mechanics are so detailed, they made sure all issues were fixed before they released my truck. I really enjoyed the buying process. Michael was great. Honestly, it sucks to buy a new car. No way to sugar coat that. It?s a long process, but my salesman was young and sharp. (He kept bringing me water, and I kept drinking it. :). Overall great place with great folks!
