Excellent Experience with Chase and David ! My wife and I have been looking at purchasing a new SUV with three rows for our travel and when our grandchildren are visiting. We looked at 4 other brands and test drove just a few of them. Our friends have a two row Grand Cherokee and another a Grand Wagoneer and they spoke very highly of them. As a result we started our search into the Jeep and was pleasantly surprised that the Grand Cherokee had a limited edition with 3 rows. We connected with Chase Firestone a Manager at New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and that started the best experience we've had in purchasing a vehicle. Chase along with David Meeks a sales associate provided us with a test drive on our first visit. First we drove the Limited and then the Overland and David came along with us and did a great job in communicating the features along with how Jeep up their game with the three rows and trims. We never felt pressured by Chase or David, in fact the opposite as it was a relaxing environment and communication. We were both pleasantly surprised by how much we liked them and were leaning towards the GC Limited. With that, we wanted more time to test drive and inspect it more thoroughly. Next day they set us up with a plate and ability to test drive by ourselves and we made our decision to go with the GC Limited. The next step in working on price etc. was as my wife said, "one of the most relaxed and pleasant experience we've had in buying a car". Both Chase and David were professional, personable and so easy going to work with and New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram are fortunate to have both on their team. Was there twice in feb 2025 trying to find out what is a wrong with the ram ,and a recall ,the dash lights and head lights every thing goes out,,, today it was stating ,low voltage codes came up..received a new battery today ,we hope thats the problem twice now Elliot Barg was the service advisor that helped me, took his time explaining the rams problem and recall very knowledgeable and was very patient great staff Thank You Elliot Barg , hope you have a great week..

Service department maintains our 2020 Gladiator and 2012 Wrangler. We have been very pleased with the sales and service. Feb 2023 the 2012 needed 2 cams and a couple lifters replaced. The problem was identifyied quickly, repair was completed in timeframe quoted and at a fair price! Ask for Justin at the service desk. He will treat you right.
