New and used 2025 RAM 2500 trucks for sale near New Windsor, MD

I had an oil change and tire rotation done. When I left the shop, I heard a loud knocking noise from the front wheel and had to take my truck back immediately. It was fixed and I was told that the tire balance was off. I believe it should be best practice to test drive all vehicles after any work is done to prevent the inconvenience of customers having to bring their vehicle back. I use to get my car serviced at this shop years ago and stopped because I had such a bad experience with my truck repairs. I have decided to give you?ll another chance and hope that things have gotten better. I will let this one slide for now. I am scheduled to have repairs done next week and I am expecting perfection. Please do not let me down. I would prefer to support my local Jeep service, but will not hesitate to patronize another facility if I feel that I am not getting the quality service I deserve here.

Great hardworking honest employees and a clean environment to sit in while your vehicle gets serviced. I will keep coming here for years to come.

Andrew Thomas was very helpful, personable, genuine and passionate about his work. He answered every question, was knowledgeable in the differences between our current Ram 1500 Bighorn and the 2023 Ram 1500 Big Horn we were looking to purchase. Loved that Len Stoler had such a great selection of trucks versus other dealerships in our area. The dealership was beyond fair and reasonable when it came to our trade. Nick was patient and always had a smile, even when I asked a bunch of questions. I never felt pushed to buy something I didn't want. I am glad I purchased my 2015 GMC Yukon SLT from Len Stoler Chyrsler Dodge Jeep! I originally wanted a Chevy Tahoe, but just as I was able to sign her away, there she was, my dream truck! I am writing this as a review update I am unable to delete or edit my previous review. The dealership reached out to me after I voiced my concerns and opinions about the way I was treated. They also elaborated how they aren't directly associated with Chrysler Capital since majority of my frustration came from my experience and lack of follow up. They have helped me get into a rental car while they're fixing my jeep. Stan and Jess made me fee like my opinions matter and that they valued me as a customer.
