Bryon C. was amazing! We walked into the dealership looking for a Jeep that just happened to be sold the previous day. Joe IV was great and so was bald headed half Filipino half black guy at the end that helped me out. Everyone was great except black woman who came and talked down to me like I was a little kid as if I don?t know what TF I?m doing with my money. ?No I don?t want a pre-owned or a lease.? Plus, she tried to tell me I didn?t approved for a certain rate a few years ago when I know xxxx well I did.

Yes my mom took my jeep renegade (2022)to Helfman Dodge service on Silver road . When i say they did a wonderful with cleaning the outside, rotated the tires and oil change. Melissa was very friendly and courteous the other staff was as well. Thank you guys Stephanie Ingram

I'm writing this review because my buying experience at Helfman Alfa Romero and Maserati was the best car buying experience I've ever had my in my life. John and JJ treated me like I was family from the minute I walked on the lot. And Cameron in financing worked miracles to get me the lowest interest rate possible. My entire buying experience was absolutely amazing. I highly suggest if you're looking for a new Dodge, Jeep, Alfa Romeo or Maserati that you stop by Helfman first. This dealership is by far the best in Houston Texas and you will no longer want to buy a car anywhere else. This is going to be my dealership for the rest of my life.
