Have taken several vehicles to BCP for service, They have always been friendly and taken time to understand my concerns. They seem very busy , but have always listened to my issues, some places put "you" on hold while they answer a call. I like the personal attention while there. The customer team at Lilliston was extremely excellent during my recent scheduled service on my 2022 Jeep Wagoneer. They delivered what they promised in a timely manner. The mechanic servicing my vehicle was very thorough performing a multi-point inspection too.

We wanted a 2018 MKC because I like the front better than the new 2019 grill. We wanted the Reserve with the Technology package. I really like dynamic cruis control for traveling up the one lane road up toward Philly. There were none in there stock and Brian found one in Chesapeake which fit our bill. He arranged for it to be transported to Kindle so we could see it in person. We liked the the MKC the red color really pops. We worked out the final deal which included a trade. Kindle gave us a fair number and we closed the deal. We have had the car about a week and enjoy its comfort and ride, which is adjustable.

Had been hunting for a Ram for a while and used cars.com and found my perfect truck at Kindle. Sales person (Blake) was outstanding. No pressure just made a great deal. Finance guy Brian was fast, efficient, and cheerful. The dealership is super clean and the lot is well laid out and organized. Highly recommend Kindle for any CDJR vehicle.

We purchased our "new to me" Jeep Liberty here from Ray Putnam. Ray was very helpful and worked hard on a good deal for us. The price we agreed upon was very fair, especially for the low miles the jeep has. Ray had promised a few extra things, that I was a little skeptical about, this being a car dealership. What impressed me the most was that BCP Jeep came though with what they promised plus some. I did not expect such integrity, and appreciated it very much. We love our 2011 Jeep Liberty.
