Bought a Jeep Wrangler with Cynthia as my salesperson. Great experience through the test drive and explanations of options. Got me the Jeep to fit my needs. They came with the offer for the vehicle and it beat all previous prices that I was given (went to three separate jeep dealers). Their first offer was better than all the others even with the "let me speak to my manager" offer. My walk out the door price right where I wanted. Everything was perfect expect in the end where they take you into the separate room to speak with the I don't even know, to close the finance. They try to sell you on all these options. An extended maintenance warranty and all that. I wouldn't have bothered me if they didn't try try the scare tactics. You mean my car is going to break down in three years? This brand new vehicle? I almost walked out of the deal. Then afterwards one everything was done. All the walkthrough that was supposed to happen was delegated to what I guess was the intern that didn't know much about the vehicle. I felt as though once they had the check it was take your vehicle and leave.

Great, simple buying experience! Between Lennox, Jeff, Paul, Steve and Nick, no complaints on anything everything was done exactly as said and ready to go. The Hall team would get my business again and is a friendly dealership.

Pulled in Sunday looking for a jeep renegade for my fiancé they were literally the only place that had the vehicle that I wanted and then it literally took less than four hours before I was out there and she was driving her new car home the process was so easy they worked with me on the payments I have bought several new cars in the last 25 years and this by far was probably the easiest and best experience so far

Our salesman was Benny. He was very knowledgeable and had a pleasant attitude through the whole process. He was very thorough but never forceful. Eugene did amazing job of getting us the most value for our trade-in. He also worked our loan like an absolute professional giving us the best possible rates that we can get. He also did an amazing job on our trade-in getting the very best value that we could’ve ever imagined. We had an absolutely great experience with Frank the finance Director who actually lowered the original payment monthly of our vehicle after we were told it would be a lot more. He was very thorough with our warranties and insurance and we felt totally confident that everything in our deal with Southern car dealership that could’ve possibly been done to help us in our situation was done. We walked in there in debt and scared and we walked out the proud new owners of a 1500 dodge ram and had an amazing experience. Best car buying experience I have had in the last 10 years. Not pushy, didn't waste my time with a bunch of back and forth, and were able to help me without a huge down payment like the other 3 dealerships I had spoken with had demanded.

Cinna was a great help with clear communication and follow through. She was able to assist even over the weekend and even brought the vehicle to me.

The salesman Ricky "Happy Feet" Griffin made it an awesome sales experience. Dealing with car salesmen is an experience I NEVER look forward to. It's probably why I keep my vehicles for so long. That.. and the idea of "no car payment". But this guy had me laughing and enjoying the conversation as I was marching towards reacquainting myself with car payments. No pressure. All questions answered. I left feeling very good about the deal that was made. I even found myself doing a line dance in the middle of the show room to finalize the deal. He mentioned this tradition of his, prior to starting our negotiations, but I didn't take him seriously. But afterwards, he was happy and my wife and I were happy. So why begrudge the man a line dance? How many times has THAT happened in the car buying experience? After inking the deal and before I left, he was sure I felt comfortable with the vehicle's operation and took the time to show me a few more bells and whistles I was totally unaware of, and invited me to call anytime if I had future questions. It was just an awesome experience.

Very professional, they handled everything very well. Would use them again if I needed to.
