That was when our salesman Danny Gigena came out to greet us right away. Such a nice guy and very knowledgeable about every model of truck he sell’s. He was able to show a clear understanding of what we needed to know, and help with what we wanted. He made us feel comfortable with no pressure at all. From start to finish. We were looking for 2022 Ram 2500. They didn’t have that specific truck in the color we wanted. But, he reassured that he would help us find it. And would work on getting us the truck we wanted. I purchased a new truck a few years ago. My son purchased a new truck very recently. Then I referred a close friend to them and suggested George as a sales person since he helped my son with his purchase. All of these experiences were excellent! Old school ways of trust and integrity were obvious to all of us. I would definitely refer them again. George is great as is the general business practice of the company. Chad hoblit was raised right in the car business in colusa by his family.

Tom and the people in the service department certainly have the customer’s best interest at heart. Our warranty work went smoothly and without a hitch. The communication during the process was excellent and very much appreciative.

Better than last visit. Service rep was more personable. I trust what he told me. A little frustrating to have 3 weeks go by since last service to be told another $2,000 work was recommended.

I never have to wait long and they always find or honor coupons. Everyone is really good about updating you on the status of your vehicle or if they find an unexpected problem they always discuss it with you first before proceeding. Great group of people and they do good work.

Although the wait time was not expressed accurately at the time the appointment by phone was made our service representative took care of us and provided an Uber. He was excellent and made up for our initial frustrations.
