Everything was pretty smooth, the documents portion took a while at the end because I paid off my car less than 60 days ago. Ended up taking maybe an extra hour or so, it took a while but overall was a good experience. Gave me almost exactly what was offered online. I was honest as I could be when entering the information. Will use them again for our next vehicle!

Hector Guevara, the sales person, helped me through the purchasing process via texts, phone calls and emails. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. When it came to signing paperwork, AutoNation Spring TX reached out to Mt. Kisco Land Rover (their sister company) to do a courtesy signing at their dealership. Once the signed paperwork arrived back to Texas, Hector got the truck ready for transport (cleaning, temporary plate etc.). Hector went above and beyond to get me into my new truck, facilitating the process from beginning to end, even on his days off.
