Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

Like most, buying a new car (or truck in my case) has always been something that made me cringe. Places like Carvana and Carmax have tried to take a lot of pain and stress out of the car buying process and to be honest, they have, however at a price. I think everybody knows you pay for convenience but should you have to pay so much for it. Why do dealers mark up cars and add unwanted and unwanted items to inflate these hidden costs? Well obviously to make more money off the consumer, but why take advantage of people? it's no wonder why "car salespeople" come across as shrewd, dishonest, and untrustworthy. Not so with Maverick Motors. Truly, the best experience with the best value. I had the linkage recall replaced May 2019. Jan 2021 I replace the tires and as a part of the package, it had an alignment for the Trk. It was slightly off and it has always pulled to the right slightly. The Mechanic stated he could not finish the alignment as the recall required the linkage to have the nuts welded.... If you are going to have the recall fixed, make sure you do an alignment 1st .....

The vehicle was in great condition and clean! When arrived, the vehicle was parked up front. I shopped all over Texas until I came upon their vehicle and the price was the best around for similar options.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

So far we really like it! First time to own a Diesel and a Dodge. Plan or keep this truck for many years. Good to buy local.

We stumbled upon this dealership while shopping for my husband a new work truck. We found what we thought to be a great truck located on the Houston lot. Unfortunately after having it brought in to the Dallas lot our salesman notified us that the vehicle was throwing a ABS code. We were at the Dallas dealership on a Saturday, so not much anyone could do for diagnostic/repair. We decided we would drive the truck home and have it repaired at our local dodge dealership. Considering it was under factory warranty and extended warranty we had no reason to believe it would be a huge issue. WE WERE WRONG!!! The truck had essentially been chop shopped and was completely un repairable under any warranty! Our salesman D’Andre and the GM at Dallas were nothing short of amazing to us! We were able to get out of the original truck and into another within a week! They even let us drive the alternative truck for a few days to ensure we felt confident. They were very communicative and never hesitated to answer all questions we had. We never felt like a bother or that we had to be mean to get this disaster situated. I think our situation was just unfortunate. The Dallas dealership was VERY professional and helpful and we could truly feel that they cared about us as a customer and their name as a business! Would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to give them a try! Ask for D’Andre

I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

Truck meets my needs, plenty of power to tow my trailer. The OEM tires (Firestone Transverse) are trash and a disappointment. Such compromise does not benefit Ram reputation. Would prefer better fuel economy.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.
