Just bought a 2017 Ford Escape from Fairway today April 11, 2020 and was very happy with the customer service. Our salesman Stanley went out his way and time to make our purchase an easy one. Test drove 2 and he knew which one fit us and he was right. Even Chris in finance was funny, courteous and quick. The finance dept was neat, orderly and friendly. Highly recommend.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Very roomy on the interior with great interior and exterior design. Lots of power, handles all terrain well and excellent on mpg for its size.

Clinton is the best of the best in sales, always finds me the Jeep I want with specs I want, and streamlines the buying process efficiently. Kenny is also top level in the financing department, and I would say is very fair and reasonable as well when it comes to devising a plan and price, and takes into consideration my loyalty to Jeep when he comes up with an option for me which I appreciate that. Craig in finance is also highly efficient, and even worked around my financing to fit my needs and goals, took extra time to ensure my expectations were met. John the manager wrote me a personal letter voicing appreciation and qualifications for future cars which went along way because it created a more personalized feel for my car leasing experience.
