My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

Clinton is the best of the best in sales, always finds me the Jeep I want with specs I want, and streamlines the buying process efficiently. Kenny is also top level in the financing department, and I would say is very fair and reasonable as well when it comes to devising a plan and price, and takes into consideration my loyalty to Jeep when he comes up with an option for me which I appreciate that. Craig in finance is also highly efficient, and even worked around my financing to fit my needs and goals, took extra time to ensure my expectations were met. John the manager wrote me a personal letter voicing appreciation and qualifications for future cars which went along way because it created a more personalized feel for my car leasing experience.

I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! After some long thought, I traded my 2000 Ram 2500 diesel for a like new 2014 Ram 2500 diesel longbed 4X4 last March. The truck averaged 20MPG which was nice, but my only wish was for some payload capacity. Since Ram went to coil springs this truck was rated at only 1970 lbs, which meant it could not haul a slide in camper or a fifth wheel safely. I should of done a little more research. So after 10 months of ownership, I traded it in on a 2018 Ram Dually so i can haul. So basically these new 2500 Rams are a mini van, unless you pull a trailer.

Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

I have only had it a week but so far so good. The city mileage is pretty bad but highway is about 15 or more with the 6.4 Hemi. It seems to have plenty of power but I won't really know until I tow my trailer next month. The ride is very good especially for a HD truck and it looks great.

Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.

This is the 3rd car I’ve bought from Valley City. I love everything about them. Their sales team is amazing. Their finance guys are Awesome. This time I bought a used car and had to have it serviced. Betsy was THE BEST!! She knew over the phone what was wrong just by how I explained the sounds my van made. She got me in quickly, got it fixed AND got it back to me in one day. When I told Betsy I didn’t have a ride, she even offered to come pick me up to get it! I can’t speak highly enough about this place!!

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

i like the power and comfort of this truck. the fuel mileage is excellent and the comfort was very good on the 600 mile ride home.

Just purchased my second vehicle from Prime. Got it home and found it to have a transmission leak. Called the next day and they got it right in and fixed it without any hesitation or hidden cost. Was very apologetic that it happened. Used car is just that used. Felt that they were very fair with price, easy to work with, lots of cars, and on both car buying experiences they have been great. The last one they went well above and beyond what was expected. Will continue to buy all used cars from them in the future.

Bought this truck for two reasons. Safety. Was hit from behind on my motorcycle and am disabled for life. Rear end my truck and you will regret it. Power. If I get better physically I want to tow a big 5th Wheel. Will tow any of them.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it
